At Body & Brain Holistic Yoga, we offer individual and group Dahn Yoga classes. Our yoga classes include basic yoga to integrated qigong courses. All classes are designed to help empower you by channeling your energy more efficiently. Our yoga classes are a combination of breathing and relaxation techniques, physical exercise, yoga, stretching, tai chi, martial arts, visualization, and meditation. We provide yoga classes and yoga workshops as well as yoga private classes. We can combine into your membership package all three practices or tailor your membership to your personal goals.
