Wishing Well Walk-in Medical

This is the worse clinic! Do not sign up with them. They are neglectful of client's health. I have had medical issues that were ignored by the doctor even though i was told by an emergency room doctor that I should see a specialist as well as a doctor in this office. My own doctor refused to refer me until i insisted, it has been months since I have heard back regarding the referral. I had urgent blood work appointment that had to be done this week. They called this morning to cancel. I asked to see another doctor in the office, they said they cannot do that. They treat patients as a credit card transaction just so they can get paid, they do not care about your health. Avoid this clinic and go anywhere else. Worse service ever, I would give them no stars, they put patients lives at risk and have zero accountability.

I've been to this clinic for 10 years and love my family doctor but I always have a negative experience with the receptionists. They never pick up the phone so it's very hard for me to book an appointment. When I email to book they ask me to call in but the phone either rings forever or they have it off so you can't even reach them. It's unfortunate I may have to change my family doctor due to me losing patience with front desk.

I had a emergency and called my doctor they took me that morning did some testing and followed up with me in a few days. All the doctors are great !! And staff go above and beyond with results and referrals they are so warm and kind.

My experience with Dr. Yao and Wishing Well Family Medical Practice has steadily improved from first impressions to become and unfailing support system.

The most pathetic customer service from reception I have experienced in my life. I don't say this lightly. Quick to become irritated and actively rude. Couldn't even provide me with basic level of care.

I have been with Dr Yao and Wishing Well for 3 years. My experience steadily improved from first impressions.

Overall the staff are friendly, supportive and professional. One of the best medical practices in town! Special thanks to Dr. Yao and Laila!

They need to update their phone message and website because they are not accepting new patients.
