I joined the studio during Covid and participated in outdoor and online classes when everything had shut down.  Diane, the owner did an amazing job at pivoting from in studio classes during that time.  I now attend the studio and love the variety of classes offered and the instructors are great.  Diane is very sensitive to the needs of the clients.  Overall a very caring environment.

Loved the energy and atmosphere.  Such a peaceful loving environment.  Had a great yoga class and looking forward to will trying more classes.

I have had such positive experiences at True Path Yoga since returning to in person classes. I feel very safe and welcomed at the studio; the owner Diane and teachers are kind and passionate about what they do, and the classes are varied and fulfilling. A true body, mind and soul experience!

I've been attending yoga with True Path for 5 years now. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, the teachers are fantastic and accomodating, and the cost is unbeatable.  I love the smaller class sizes and feel very welcome. Best yoga/pilates place in Stouffville, for sure!

Great small studio in the heart of Stouffville offering a variety of yoga, pilates, barre and core conditioning classes.  Small classes give this studio a community feeling that isn't available in other studios.

Great environment, good teachers.
