I love my doctor, Dr Blom here. They have urgent care hours too almost every day which is SO hard to find these days and I’ve seen a few of the other doctors for the urgent care and they are all very compassionate and caring as well. They really try to diagnose and treat properly and I feel they always listen to me. Every staff member there is so friendly and go out of their way to help and are always so accommodating for my family and I each time I call. Although they aren’t taking new patients anymore I can see why I would highly recommend this doctors office! Best in Stouffville by far hands down

We used to love Orchid Medical as a family until the staff changed a few years ago. Now the doctors are young and inexperiencedgoogle doctors, and the receptionists are rude and inconsiderate. What a disappointment!

The receptionist are very rude. They would not help you... Everytime I call in for an appointment I would never get an appointment that same week!! They wouldn't make an effort to tell me when my baby is due for his next vaccine shots. Their service is extremely poor.

I followed Dr Krishna to Orchid when it opened. He has always been nice and kind since day 1. I'm thankful to be on this journey with him. My medical issues are plenty, he helps alot.

My family moved to Dr. Jiang one year ago and she is the BEST family doctor I ever seen. She always explain any suspicious number shows on the result to me, but my previous doctor usually ignores them. The specialist and medical check she referred usually do not need waiting too long.

Awful clinic, they don't even have real qualified doctors. Often cancel appointments and front desk staff has the classic rude and unhelpful attitude.

Dr. Krishna was very rude last time we spoke. Didn't even acknowledge our concerns and said something like, take the medication or don't bother coming back. Dr. Jiang is very kind and knowledgeable, for her I would give 5 stars.

Dr. Christopher Blom has done more for my partner in the last 3 months, than his last physician did in over 5 years. Thanks to him, we are hopeful for once, and have begun the road to my partner's recovery. I have not even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blom in person, but will strongly recommend him as a physician as he is receptive, attentive and patient. My partner has dealt with chronic pain for over 5 years and due to this can sometimes come off as snappy- but Dr. Blom has always been understanding.

Dr Krishna is one of the best drs I have ever come across. I feel blessed to have him as my family physician. Cant think of managing my health issues without such a knowledgeable dr. I would have been gone crazy without his professional help. He is very compassionate and truly cares for his patients. One of the best clinic overall. Receptionist Heather is a lovely helpful soul. And she always welcome you with a big smile. Thankyou dr Krishna for being my dr for so many years

My family and I were patients for about a year. Today we had a 15 month check up for our daughter which is 2 months late because their vaccines got contaminated a while back and we were running late so we called and said we will be 5-10 minutes late. Our appointment was a 4pm, we arrived at 4:14pm and they said "Sorry, we had you down as a no-show, you are 4 minutes late!". I reminded them we called to notify them, we are coming from a bit of a distance and we are literally 4 minutes late! They said "nope!" pointed to their little sign on the wall that all appointments are cancelled after 10 mins. I get you have policies for people who take advantage but we called and made it 4 minutes late!!!! To top it off, when we left and came back to ask for our files as we have decided to find a new doctor/office the receptionists were talking about us as I could hear through the door and they got all uncomfortable when I walked back in. I am not making this decision to leave based on 1 incident. Previous to this there was another receptionist I don't remember her name but seemed to be of east or west indian descent who was rude and short with us on more than one occasion. I also called a head to request for Dr. Trinh to see me for 5-10 minutes after my daughter's appointment and they said she has no time I have to come back another day. They are not "people-persons" - no common sense or heart to give a patient an extra 10 minutes for an appointment we already had booked, they don't understand or care for their patients at the end of the day. It's a business to them! They give no leeway if you are a mother with kids, very much straight to book with no-heart, no empathy if you seem desperate to get your child checked for her 15 month appointment they said "oh she is still fine, as long as she doesn't get her vaccine before 15 months" and absolutely no care in the world if you decide to leave. Which brings me to today, when we asked what are the steps to switch doctors they happily let us go with no ounce of effort to try to keep us to stay. They handed us the files after paying for it of course...Oh but they offered to give me one sheet for free a savings of 25 cents!. I share all of this because at the end of the day I refuse to put my families health care in the hands of heartless, unprofessional, no empathy or genuine concern for their patients care. I know doctors are on a shortage right now but I strongly suggest you find another clinic to go to! Especially if you are a Mom with kids.
