Winterberry Family Medicine

I have had nothing but excellent service. The nurse practitioners are excellent and keep each other informed about my file. They spend the necessary time to hear me. I find this clinic to go beyond excellence to hear my concerns and then deal with them. Great office, you have no idea what it is like to live in a rural area where our doctors leave a month after a clinic has been built by the community to convince them to stay!!

I have not had the experience others have had. Everyone I have met here has helped me with what I need. I don't know where I would be without their help.

The nurse practitioner, did a blood test on me that...on a whim..she thought would probably might not come back positive, but did. Nobody in the last decade of my life had thought to run this test to save my sanity and she did. I owe her a lot because now I have an actual diagnosis beyond the "it's all in your head". And on other occasions I've had blood or X-rays done and been told I'm okay and the dr or nurse has looked at them and the office has called and said my tests were abnormal and they want me to come in. I've never had that and it's great. They're actually going above and beyond and looking through what is being faxed to them. The front desk CAN be rude but it's whatever. I like the nurses and if I don't see the dr all the time I'm fine with it, he explains that when you come into the office the first time, get over it.

It's very difficult to ever get an appointment with an actual doctor here only nurse pract. available it seems. one of the physicians assistants, Shelby is excellent. The other one makes you feel as if you shouldn't of come in at all and does very little to help address your issues. I will be leaving this office very soon as I have not received much help at all with very little feedback

Excellent staff. In three years, we've never been disappointed. We are seen on time, when we need to be seen, and really appreciate the competent staff! We love being part of such a progressive healthcare team.
