Vision Clinic

I was in the area for a hockey tournament and had lost a nose pad for my glasses. I am from out of the country but I took a chance and asked them if they could help me. Even though I was not their customer they treated me like I was their best customer and actually provided me with better nose pads quickly and cheerfully. If they treat a non customer this way I can't imagine how they would treat a real customer. All I can say is their customer service is FANTASTIC!! THANK YOU!!

Great website that it easy to navigate. Reviews seem positive which is also encouraging. However, I am unable to book an appointment for an exam or even fill out a contact-us form for a callback. My initial experience in becoming a customer has been anti-climatic thus far. Hopefully someone is paying attention to google reviews and goes and checks their yelp message.

Everyone who works here is so friendly. They really go out of their way to help you make the right choice for your glasses. There is no pressure, they let you take your time. I didn't feel rushed, and they were very informative and helpful. (shoutout to Demi! - thank you for helping me decide ❤) Love this place. You've found a loyal customer in me. Thank you!!
