My mother’s first visit to LivingHope Vision Clinic for new glasses was absolutely seamless and stress free. Sarah was so patient and caring during the selection process, and explained the options available. My mom is thrilled with her new glasses, and amazed at the personal touch! Definitely recommending this clinic to family and friends!

I trust Dr. Jang. She is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She cares about her patients. My English is not that good and she explains to me in details patiently. The new location is nice but it takes about an hour to get there from Niagara Falls. I will still go because I feel safe she look after me.

Everyone was very kind and helpful through out the tests and arranging my new glasses. Since I was new to Canada, I was a little nervous about the whole thing. They made me feel very comfortable. I am super happy with my new glasses so as my 3 kids. ^0^

The optometrist and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a huge selection of frames to choose from and the staff take their time to assist you. The entire experience was so easy from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming. The optometrist was very informative, helpful, friendly, and thorough. The staff were very kind and assisted when required and even made suggestions when I was unsure which pair of eyewear to choose. Highly recommend.

I rarely give out 5 star ratings but Dr. Jang and all the staff deserve nothing less. Welcoming, kind, informative, going the extra mile are words to describe our experience as a family. My partner and my 92 year old father recently visited LivingHope Vision Clinic on Rymal Rd E and they said they never received better treatment by an Optometrist. Dr. Jang had such a lovely disposition and was extremely thorough. My father who's English is his second language and suffers from hearing loss was treated with such tenderness and great care. Dr. Jang discovered the issue with his dry eye issue, this is going to be life changing for my dad. Thank you Dr. Jang and Staff, my family will continue to visit your office even though we transplanted to the Niagara region.
