I’ve been a loyal customer at Winners for a long time, often visiting this location weekly because I work nearby. I’ve spent a significant amount of money here, but today was such a disappointing experience that I felt compelled to share my frustration.nnI understand why certain high-value items are locked up, especially given some of the challenges in the area. However, the way I was treated when I asked for assistance was completely unacceptable. I needed help unlocking a bag so I could look at it in front of the mirror. Instead of assisting me, the staff rudely told me to go find a manager myself.nnWhen the manager maybe she is the managereventually came, she brought an attitude with her, making me feel as though I was begging for the bag rather than being a paying customer who just wanted to make a confident purchase. The entire interaction was demeaning, and I left the store feeling like I was being treated as a criminal, rather than someone who supports this business regularly.nnI felt so upset by the experience that I decided not to purchase anything at all. I returned everything in my cart back to the shelves and walked out. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, not one that leaves you feeling terrible.
They have a no human bathroom rule. My two year old daughter couldn’t use their restrooms today due to no available washrooms for the public. Where’s the humanity?
They have lovely and beautiful home accessories from door mates ,bed stands,bathroom and bedroom items and home decors also.nThey have kids ,men and women cloths among others ,I would really recommend this place to anyone that wants to purchase home accessories.nJust make sure your wallets and cards are loaded .
Hey Winners,nThe thieves are stealing all your merchandise. I'm sure it would be beneficial to get a couple of security guards. There are many people in the area that love shopping at this location.
I noticed that there are better branches than him and they have more variety of clothes.
