I went today to have my online orders returned and refunded. 2 employees at customer service are taking a halloween costume video. I was there already and even they saw me, they still continued what theyre doing until they finished. they said sorry though but ofcourse I had to show that Im just patiently waitingeven Im in a hurry. thing is.,I returned 2 items. Staff said I'll recieved email confirmation about my returns. Later on, I recieved an email but only for 1 item. Upon calling the customer service she said MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THERES DIFFERENT SELLERS. means some items are from third personnot walmart. but the email for refund is for an item that she just told me that is not from walmart. so wheres for the other item? how can you not explain properly whats going on. you used to be better Walmart CA. you keep hiring these bunch of employees who seems doesn't want to do there jobs properly.
The fact that I have to put 1 star to even make a comment here is wrong. I give 0 stars for 3931 Calgary trail Walmart. I went to buy a few goods today and after PAYING at the cosmetic section I was stopped and demanded I show my receipt. When I kept walking the store associate was close to me it felt like she was going to grab my bag, ultimately I decided I wasn't going to support this location with my hard earned money and went back in after a brief confrontation at the exit. When. I was requesting my money be returned the staff was calling police as I was recording for my own safety and accountability I was also threatened with trespassing and told not to come back. That's how Metis is treated here and it's disgusting. I paid for my merchandise and was told to never come back after telling them they were prejudice towards me. Absolutely disgusting.nnI'm not sure if Walmart is even a Canadian owned business. I refuse to be treated like that. I believe I was profiled absolutely illegal and police don't help private citizens.nnWalmart can treat you like garbage call police and not return your money. I was told to go to another location which didn't make sense I bought it there I wanted my return there. Your staff is negligent not I.
On October 3, 2025, around 9:20 p.m., I was targeted, profiled, and harassed in this Walmart. An employee followed me while I was shopping for medical tape. When I raised my concerns, the manager refused to give his name and said directly: “I don’t give a shit. You’re on private property. I don’t care that you’re Indigenous. I don’t care that you’re disabled. I don’t care who you are.”nnI am Indigenous, disabled, autistic, living with CPTSD, and a child of a residential school survivor. To be dismissed, followed, and treated as a threat for existing in Treaty 6 territory is not only deeply painful it is discriminatory and unacceptable.nnThis is not the first time I’ve been followed here, but it is the first time a manager openly said he didn’t care about my rights or identity. Other Indigenous customers in the store confirmed this happens often.nnWalmart must be held accountable for racial and disability profiling, especially on Indigenous lands. Customers deserve safety and respect, not harassment.
As always worst experience. They locked up the infant formula in cabinet. You scan code for employee to come and unlocked it. But it never happened. Nobody show up. What a waste of time. I mean if this is multi billion product then have this at customer in secure vault.
Absolutely terrible experience with Walmart.nI bought a game that looked fine in the store, but once I opened it, it turned out to be total junk — poor quality and ridiculously complicated to assemble. Nowhere did it say it was final sale. I brought it back immediately, only to be told “Sorry, it was on clearance. No returns.”nReally? That wasn’t mentioned at purchase, and their own policy says returns are accepted within 90 days. I feel completely misled and scammed. If you're going to deny returns, make it clear — don’t bury it after the fact. I used to shop at Walmart all the time, but after this experience, I’ll be thinking twice. This is NOT how you treat customers.
