I went today to have my online orders returned and refunded. 2 employees at customer service are taking a halloween costume video. I was there already and even they saw me, they still continued what theyre doing until they finished. they said sorry though but ofcourse I had to show that Im just patiently waitingeven Im in a hurry. thing is.,I returned 2 items. Staff said I'll recieved email confirmation about my returns. Later on, I recieved an email but only for 1 item. Upon calling the customer service she said MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THERES DIFFERENT SELLERS. means some items are from third personnot walmart. but the email for refund is for an item that she just told me that is not from walmart. so wheres for the other item? how can you not explain properly whats going on. you used to be better Walmart CA. you keep hiring these bunch of employees who seems doesn't want to do there jobs properly.
Disgusting customer service. Went in today with myself and three small children to get our weekly groceries for school snacks etc & Christmas decorations. Upon check out at self checkout. I had scanned everything but forgot the milk. Just before paying the cashier reminded me I forgot to scan the milk… no problem. Told her I missed it and scanned it. She then proceeded to tell me I didn’t scan anything in my cart. So I asked her can we go over the screen so you can see that everything was scanned. She then refused to look over the screen and told me I had to cancel my order and re scan everything in front of her. Mind you my children are 4,6 & 8. I’m all alone. So I get frustrated as she’s making a scene in front of everyone. So I told her then if she wants to cancel my order then she will have to ring everything in herself so she can see. She then continued to refuse to do so. By then telling me if I want any of my items I have to re ring it in all by myself in front of her. She goes ahead and cancels my order and refuses to let me buy the food myself and my kids needed for the week. When I talked to a “manager” she then told me it’s not her department and she will tell her it’s wrong. Which isn’t enough. She belittled me in front of my peers and my children for no reason. She accused me of something and refused to solve the problem simple. Very disappointing as I liked this location. Won’t ever be coming here again!
I've been stopping here for years to pick up odds and ends, occasional groceries, and quick convenience items, and over that time this store just seems to be getting progressively worse. Worse for selection. Certainly worse for customer service. Asking staff for help finding items that you have already purchased in the store before, is seemingly met with disdain and you couldn't possibly be inconveniencing them more with such an absurd request.nDespite the convenient location I just can't see myself returning here unless it's out of absolute necessity, and not for anything remotely out of the thinning variety of main grocery items they choose to keep in stock.nJust one more sad example of how big box stores simply don't care about anything but maximum profits, at the expense of limited variety and sacrifice of any significant level of customer care.
Absolutely unacceptable service.nI came in ready to buy a refrigerator and asked for help. An employee told me to wait in the aisle. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever came back.nnI went back to customer service, explained the situation, and was told to wait again. Same result. Then I asked for the manager. I was told the manager was “on the way.” I waited even longer and the manager never showed up.nnThe only person who actually tried to help was a woman greeting customers at the entrance. Everyone else completely ignored me.nnAt that point, I gave up and left. I went straight to Canadian Tire, where I was helped right away and completed my purchase with no issues.nnThis store clearly doesn’t value customers or their time. If you don’t want to sell, that’s fine—but don’t waste people’s time. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very poor experience. I went to this store ready to make a purchase, but no one helped me at all. I was left waiting for a long time while the staff ignored me completely.nnWe tried to speak with the manager; she said she would call the manager, but no one ever showed up. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no concern for customer service.nnI do not recommend this store. There are plenty of other places where customers’ time is respected.
