This is average Walmart. All you need to know about this Walmart is that it has an accessible parking, entry, and big parking area. All the goods are the same as everywhere else.
We arrived 30mins before closing. The manager on shift this evening should take a refreshing course on customer service. Being the only people out of the plenty remaining, to be the only ones approached and asked to leave and then followed, and then asked to cash out with her individually. Yeah. Something is wrong here and with her. I get you have hours to follow. We hadn't gone over them. We hadn't stolen as proven. Ignorance is real. I hope you have a bad night when you go home lady. Enjoy.
It seems to be a general Walmart but it doesn’t have baskets for shopping? I looked everywhere and couldn’t find one. They have carts, but as I tried without the basket first, I had to put my items back then go around the front again. Not a great idea from a management point of view as you usually want people to pick up the extra items they didn’t think of. They also did not have enough self checkouts open for that time of day. It’s a self check out, so I guess the customers called in sick? So I had to juggle my purchases in line with no basket. Hadn’t been in a while, and it will likely be a while before I go back.
Good varieties of items. The person she/her assisting at the self check counter helped me find an item that I were looking. I forgot her name, but I would like to thanks her here. Thank you!
Terrible location of a terrible store. This review is in regards to the purchase of an expensive pair of headphones which, out of the box, did not work properly. One of the two intermittently cuts out.nnUpon attempting to return them, I was told I can't return or even exchange them because it was opened. I asked how I could have known they didn't work before opening them, and they outright refused to answer the question. They then told me what happened when I purchased them-which they were not present for, and incorrect about that the only way to return or exchange headphones, regardless of price or if they are defective, is to additionally purchase their special warranty plan. I was indeed offered the incredible opportunity to give them more money, but declined, as they did not tell me that even when the product is defective, the ability to return or exchange is limited to those who pay extra for the privilege of not gambling.nnI was sold a defective product and then gaslighted about it. I now have a pair of broken headphones in the range of $70. The customer service worker was apologetic, but the Front End Manager I spoke with, SYD-according to her partially obscured name tag-was rude and particularly abusive.nnWhilst they refused to tell me I'm stuck with a defective product they sold me, even when I insisted someone give me an actual clear answer so I can go on with my day, they also refused to do anything. It appeared to be some sort of manipulation tactic to frustrate me until I gave up or cussed at them without taking any accountability for their corruption. They also called in some seriously ugly walrus looking thing to stand behind me and talk about me as if I wasn't there, clearly in an attempt to intimidate me.nnAll around, exactly what one should expect from a soulless monstrosity like Walmart.
