Good location and selection, however the interaction I had with one staff member in particular was horrendous. Attitude toward both customers and colleagues. Employee Cali lacked basic courtesy and respect, which negatively impacted the overall store environment. Immediate attention to improving communication and customer service skills is necessary to ensure a more positive and respectful atmosphere moving forward.
Had a discrepancy with a return item. Lucille the manager on shift promptly aided in finding a resolution to the problem. Her calm demeanour and approach in conversation made me feel the inclination to write this review. I have been a customer at the 3355 Calgary trail Edmonton location for several years now and will continue to be a patron here.
I've yet to visit all winners stores in alberta, but this one is so far my favorite. It has a wide range of collections and there are wayyyy less people compared to other locations, which makes shopping much more enjoyable.
This Winners has the best selection! They carry the most designer brands for everyone in the family. They have a high end section called Runway. You never know what you can find at this location.nnThe parking lot is quite busy so be aware of shopping carts and cars! Happy Shopping.
Extremely atrocious experience here today. I am speechless over the lack of communication, despicable interaction with ignorant staff and management. I am appalled at how downhill this store has gone... straight down hill. There are illegal activities going on here and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and an investigation will ensue.nAll I can say is watch yourself when you go here, you are not a customer, but an enemy.
