I stopped in a few weeks ago and had about 300$ dollars worth of merchandise. Due to bladder issues I needed to go to the washroom. They told me I had to go across the street as they don't provide washrooms I was not fond shopping so they said they would put my basket behind counter. I said screw that and left, they can take my money, but when I needed washroom, it was no.nP.S. I had also helped catch a shoplifter. Lol
I rarely write review for retail stores; but I wanted to give a shout-out to Ashley from Jewelry department. I was at the store to return a ring due to craftsmanship, and I learned a lot about Moissanite from Ashley! Would be great to see her again on my next visit!nn*Overall great experience in this store, the staff here is friendly and helpful!
Horrible Winners! The Staff is Not Mentally Ok His Name was Kelly and Another Female Anna. They were mad I wanted To return 6 Items and I had Tags for 3 and They were mad they had to look up 3 items. Giving me attitude, completely racists, and just pure disrespect. I had a friend on the phone listening the whole time and she was like that’s disgusting. Like worst experience ever going to winners and the manager says they can’t do anything.. Well Karma is real and you get what you give. So change your career if you can’t do simple tasks. Worst location ever. won’t be getting any more business.
I am almost always followed around, I shop here weekly and by now you’d think they know I’m not there to steal. only saving grace was the person at fitting rooms was very sweet.
The store itself is great, probably one of the best winners in the area and have a pretty big stock of everything. Although, I visited today and I must say, the lady working with longer black hair, probably mid 20’s, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rolling her eyes at customers, giving so much attitude for literally no reason. It's no ones fault you're working an entry level job other than yourself. Acting like an angsty teenager lol. No class. Definitely ruined the atmosphere. The person helping us check out, longish blonde hair, great dude. Good vibe.
