Sometimes they have very big clearance. Some staffs are not friendly.

Compared to most locations, this store has a larger selection of styles, and rarely congested.

Love the store. My son outgrew their sizes. Now I have to find another place to buy his clothes.

My first visit to Carter's Oshkosh in many years. As a new grandmother I was excited to look at all the new lovely baby girl clothing. As I entered the store I was not greeted by any of the 4 employees. So I started to look around on my own and check out what they have. After 15 minutes the only time somebody acknowledged I was there was to ask me to move so she could hang up new inventory. Still no greeting. I approached another customer and asked her if any salesperson asked her if she needed help. She also had no one acknowledge her or ask if she needed any help. I finally did ask someone if they could help me and I know they couldn't be bothered. Worst customer service I have had in many years and as a retail store owner, I would suggest to the owner to retrain all the staff in good customer service. I will never shop at this store again and I would urge everyone to shop at another location!
