First of all, to save yourself from a headache don't buy from here. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter, but we found found different ones at a different store that she liked better, so we tri3d to return the boots 2 days later, they said they couldn't refund the money. Then after we complained they said my card couldn't accept returns. They then said they could give me store credit, that's when it because frustrating because we weren't planning on buying from this store again. After dealing with a very ruse attitude from the lady and very poor customer service, they finally return the money. This has been the second time they've done this to me, and for sure the last. Will never buy here again.

Very very bad experience . I bought shoe yesterday . Shoe was not comfortable and very lower quality. When i try to returned that then the lady said they can't refund my money . When i brought the shoe, they said they have 60 days refund policy. Their customer service was very poor and the lady was very rude. They are not loyal to their customers. To sell their products they are lying to the customers. Yesterday they said they have 60days refund policy and today they said they don't have any refund policy. How someone can change the policy in one day. They said they can give me the money in their own card not in my card. What the hell is this? Now i can't use my money. In this way they are forcing the customers to buy their products. I will never recommend this store to anyone because of their customer service and lying.

Would’ve given 5 stars if they had more variety and brands to choose from. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly. Store is well organized.

I went into the store today and scratched my back on an iron piece meant to hold the fire extinguisher. Picture attached. The fire extinguisher was missing which is one concern and the other is the iron pieces sticking out of the wall. I have big red scratch mark on my back. Its the hieght of a child's face. When I pointed it out to a sales person named William, he said " Oh man sorry, I dont know what to do" and did not do anything about it. When I asked to speak to the store manager, he spoke with a lady at the counter named Priyanie. She did not even turn to look at me. William then came and said 'Man she will fix it'. Are they going to fix it after someone else gets hurt I wonder. What customer service and from employees of such a reputable company.

I bought Vans shoe from this store for $ 74.99 plus tax but when checked store next to it at Blogo or Bogo I guess and at Vans store, I found same shoes for $ 69.99 and I just came back to store and asked same lady to match the price and I showed price pics, but she refused to match it right way and was kinda rude to me, and said I’ll refund it to you and go buy from there, worst customer service and when initially I had bought it .. she asked my phone number and email, I gave my ph # but refused to give email..and she was kinda upset..and said it’s free anyway and she didn’t like me refused for email. She is the worst customer service , her associate # on my receipt is 60059, and store # 0269 at Vaughan Mills. I will never go back to this store because of this sales associate.

I had a horrible experience at this store with a Manager named Sandra. She was extremely rude, loud and doesn't care about her customers. We made a purchase and we left feeling that we shouldn't have spent our money there after being mistreated. Not coming back at all!!!! Worse customer service experience in Canada for me
