Recently visited this place and I was glad to see Diwali decorations!! This place has hand crafted items from India which shows true craftsmanship. They have several authentic decorations perfect for diwali. The place is clean and staff is helpful.
Went to exchange a gift today. The cashier who was aware it was a gift exchange reimbursed the original credit card instead of carrying the return amount over for the exchange. So basically I lost the gift, had to pay out of pocket for the exchange items and now have to have an awkward conversation with the friend who gifted me the items. The cashier realized her error and was apologetic, but the three managers who tried to assist offered zero apology or compensation for the error. You need a better system for returns and exchanges or you need to better train your staff. What a frustrating experience.
Saw a mouse running along the shelves and manager was not surprised and said they were aware and they have had a problem with mice for a while.nnIf they are aware that there is a rodent issue, why would they keep selling items such as food without being transparent about the contamination risk ? This is concerning and very off putting. It is not acceptable to knowingly keep selling items that may be contaminated with rodents without warning customers as it poses a health risk.
When you get tongue cash and you find out the 100$ pair of shoes has a hole in it and you ask the manager to give you a discount and she offers you 1$ discount because she says you can still wear them. For a show with a HOLE in it. Thanks but you can keep the shoes. The management is out of their minds. There are better winners with more selection and reasonable people working there. Avoid this one.
It’s a good place to find cute stuff. You can almost find everything.You can also find gifts, clothes, dishes, accessories. But the prices are a bit high
