This Walmart never ceases to amaze me. Every time I come in, there's always a checkout line. It is the 2nd of September 11.20 am. Despite how many checkout points there are, only the right side is open. The left side is closed as usual. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the left side was opened.My question is this: Why do I have to wait in the checkout line every time I come here? When will this situation be resolved?
AVOID THE CASHIER NAMED TINA BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, SHE IS AROUND 35 & 40 year old, HAS A BIG FORHEAD, LONG BLACK GRAYISH HAIR TIED IN A LOW PONYTAIL, NO LIPS, VERY PALE FACE, WHITE SKIN TONE, SKINNY IN AN U HEALTHY WAY. SHE IS USUALLY AT THE CASHIER AND SOMETIMES BE STANDING AT THE SELF CHECKOUT AREA. TINA IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE AND IS VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL SHE NEVER WANNA DO HER JOB ALWAYS TALKING AND LAUGHING WITH HER CO-WORKERS WHILE THERE IS A LONG LINE UP OF CUSTOMERS THAT ARE WAITING SHE HAD NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHAT SO EVER SHE ALWAYS GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOY ASK FOR HELP OR FOR BAGS. WALMART PLEASE DO BETTER AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE GRATEFUL TO BE PART OF YOUR TEAM THIS LADY IS RUINING THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY THIS LADY CLEARLY HATE HER JOB AND SHE CLEARLY SHOWS BY HER BAD BEHAVIOUR THAT SHE DOESN'T WANNA BE THERE EVEN WHEN Y'ALL ARE PAYING HER TO LITERALLY DO HER JOB. IT IS VERY DISAPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING THAT EVEN WHEN US CUSTOMERS MAKE COMPLAINTS ON THE SAME STAFF MEMEMBER SEVERAL TIMES BUT Y'ALL KEEP THIS LADY OVER THERE EVEN THOUGH WHEN SHE ACTING CRAZY AND SHE BE YELLING AND SHOUTING AT CUSTOMERS THIS LOCATION LACK IN PROPER MANAGING AND CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE STAFF LACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BUT Y'ALL KEEP THEM WORKING THERE . THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR THE WORST IT'S A ZOO NOT TO MENTION THERE IS NEVER ANY CARTS AVAILABLE EVER EVEN WHEN THE STORE IS NOT THAT BUSY AND NOT ON A WEEKEND, THE STAFF ALWAYS CLOSES HALF OF THE SELF CHECKOUT CASHIER EARLY THROUGH OUT THE DAY WHICH IS NOT NORMAL AT ALL HAVING 50 to 70 PEOPLE IN LINE WAITING INSTEAD OF OPENING MORE SELF CHECKOUTS IS RIDICULOUS AND IM NOT TALKIN ABOUT THEM BEING CLOSE 1 H BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME IM TALKING MID DAY IT CAN BE 1pm 4 pm DURING THE WEEK AND MOTE THAN HALF OF THE SELF CHECKOUT IS CLOSED BECAUSE THE STAFF DON'T WANNA WORK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE . HAVING MORE YOUNG TEENAGERS WORKING THERE IS MAKING THE WHOLE SITUATION EVEN WORST THE OLD ONES ARE LAZY AND THE YOUNG ONES DON'T CARE AT ALL . I BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE FOR YEARS ONLY TO SEE THE DECLINE OF IT BY THE YEARS AT THIS POINT THIS LOCATION HAS TO BE SHUTDOWN. WALMART DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!
I was at Walmart customer service trying to return my headset after I bought them 3 days ago they stop working so tgey told me we can't return those because tge package was opened and you are allowed just for gift card, which is not acceptable so I had to ask her to call a supervisor, then the supervisor she said because you bought this in Laval you are not allowed to return it here, I can't believe what she just told me ,I had to argue with her for 15 minutes in the end she said no problem we will return your money back. So why do I have to put a lots of energy for something like that. I am not happy with the customer service. Zero. 000000000
At the cash register, it took 20 minutes to get a supervisor then a manager to fix a wrong price. The manager finally confirmed that the product was free because of their display mistake. Then, the cashier managed to charged us anyway. ignoring her manager decision
