This Walmart never ceases to amaze me. Every time I come in, there's always a checkout line. It is the 2nd of September 11.20 am. Despite how many checkout points there are, only the right side is open. The left side is closed as usual. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the left side was opened.My question is this: Why do I have to wait in the checkout line every time I come here? When will this situation be resolved?
Bad customer service when you have to pick your online items at store. One of the employees make me wait one hour for nothing. So she never tell me that I have to wait email to confirm my order. She only ask me my order confirmation so really bad way to communicate with customer. I don't recommend this store to make pick up orders.
My previous review was deleted so here we go again:nnThere are foreign guys in the shoes section wearing sandals with no socks and dirty toenails trying on new shoes from the rack, with their open foot, how is this allowed?nThe staff needs to enforce some basic hygienic rules.nnAlso the staff is completely clueless when you ask them about a product, they say “we don’t have that”, but I found it by myself. So instead of asking the staff to save time its faster if you just find it yourself. This happened in the photo section, where your specialty is literally photos and camera film, she says they don’t have the film for my camera. Standard 35mm film. But it was hanging right there on the rack where she was looking. Go home.nnThanks.
Never thought I’d be scammed by Walmart. I bought a box of Pokémon cards and it was missing 3 packs. Very disappointed, especially since I trusted a major retailer like this to sell sealed, complete products. Check your purchases carefully — I won’t be buying cards from here again.
You may find a lot of needed items…!nBut not a friendly service and hard to find the people to help and staffs are not welcoming faces foe our questions.nnAnd the most important think is that all the price information written only in French this says they don’t care weather people know or speak French.nIt’s really hard sometimes.nnI didn’t mean to hurt anyone but I would like to express my experiences.nnThank you.
