This giant tiger store is amazing the only reason I’m putting it one star and most of the reviews are about this cashiers Giovanna absolutely disgusting customer service terrible way of speaking to customer me and my wife went to get groceries and did it have enough for everything so we had to put back things and Giovanna was like oh are u going to keep put and adding stuff like I can’t do that then she apologized to the woman behind me because we are holding up the line I was so furious I called customer service line and spoke directly to the store who will take it in there own hands so Giovanna if u see this change profession pls
It's a lovely store with great prices. One of the cashiers among the great cashiers is bitter and very unhappy. Not all of us clients have no money as she told me just because the Bank blocked my debit card. I understand that not all the clients are easy. Anyway, I smiled and wished her a merry Christmas. I paid her with my credit card . It is always important to have a happy client than money .
It's not a bad place, its for people bargain hunting and you will see some decent items for cheap especially in canned goods and snacks, but i had to post this because it's kind of funny, i bought this box of chicken wings for 6$ plus tax thinking i was getting a good deal but got home and found there was only 6 wings haha they were good but definitely would have been happier paying a few dollars more for the usual 10-12 wings, 6 isn't enough to satisfy my appetite that's more of a side dish. So buyer beware! But the rest of the store is decent.
This Giovanna lady accused me of stealing,,,I emptied all my pockets,she even asked me what was under my clothes,,,im pregnant,I had to show her my baby bump,,,I was so embarrassed knowing that I didn't steal anything ,,I was broken down,,,,and at the end she was like go ,,,is it because I'm black??nShe's so evil,nI wonder if she has children!!!!!!,??nShe has to retire!!!
The elder lady who works there today at 4:38 is pretty impatient and rude. Everyone else has been so far very polite and helpful. I recommend the locals in the neighbourhood to support this business since it’s good for our community and I suggest the manager to ask this lady to match the rest of employees quality if a/he doesn’t want her to spread her approach to other staff and lose business.
