Worst customer service ever! Went in today, Dec. 26 around 7:30 pm to exchange a product that was broken. The cashier at the customer service counter told me rudely that they weren’t excepting exchanges or refunds. I looked around me and absolutely nobody was in line… and when I mentioned that she said well if I do it for you I would have to do it for all the clients before you… I would have been understanding if the cashiers were busy but they were two cashiers getting paid to chit chat. No wonder these big retails chains close down… I went to another Canadian Tire store and the cashier there did my exchange and served me with a smile. Will not be going to the Jean-Talon store any time soon!
Gigi and her staff are very competant and friendly. Great service from Canadian tire st leo. Malheureusement Canadian tire RDP maurice du Plessis Karine gerante wasnt able to do a simple refund thank you to GiGi and her equipe
One of the managers Jessica was amazingly helpful. As a visitor to Montreal I loved that she could speak English with me. 2 thumbs way up.
The customer service from the employees was terrible; they treated me like I was asking for things for free, especially in the auto parts section. It was very unpleasant, but I had to make my purchase despite their bad attitude.
I bought winter tires online and booked my installation through the website. Nowhere during the booking process did it mention installation fees, so I was shocked to be billed for them at checkout.nOn top of that, the staff at the auto center were extremely rude, which made the experience even more disappointing. Very poor communication and customer service. Avoid at all cost.
