WingsUp! (Milton)

So my boyfriend and I live super busy lives so we usually order take out, specifically wings up at least twice a week. That’s over $100 a week on takeout. We ordered wings up tonight and I got a confirmation email - arrival -11:45. Money at the door everything, they simply didn’t show up. So not only did we wait at the door for their arrival with money in hand as a know regular, but they simply just never showed up. When i went to call them to see what was up, they’re closed. I’m so angry right now. Like we’re hungry, we’re tired from staying up waiting, and we’ve been twice-a-week regulars for over a year. Nice guys, honestly.

First time experience, Best customer service, wings were good, i will recommend others about this place. I can understand it takes time to cook, but I love the food specially wraps. Better than other places.

if I could give it a minus 10 I would..30 min wait for my order, they gave it to another customer, the place is run down, the people running it can`t speak English the back is just a bunch of talking jibberish its very displeasing, I ordered 3 lbs of BBQ Garlic wings there were a lot of wings bare so I asked to have more sauce, the guy said its .99 extra plus tax a small can of pop $2.00 what the hell 3 carrots and 2 little ends of celery. I will NOT go back...wings up is NOT worth the money anymore very small wings not like before.....

I treat myself to Wings Up almost every weekend not only because their Smiley sandwiches are just so good, but I've never once had a bad experience with the customer service! Every single employee I've spoken to there has been friendly and fun (especially Taryn!) and it makes me want to come back all the time! My only complaint as a broke high schooler are the prices are a little high, but it's well worth it for the food. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Less than impressed. Ordered for pick up- reiterated to the girl on the phone 3 times was for pick up. I got there and they still had my order down for delivery. Got home(less than 5 mins away) and the order was completely wrong and cold. Total waste of money. Won't be going back. Not sure what happened to this place; they used to be good.
