Ya, without a doubt this place made the best burger I've ever had. The waiters are fantastic and the inside of the place is super well designed and fits the theme perfectly. The menu is extremely extensive and all of it is for a very fair price. Also the fries are fantastic AND unlimited. 5/5 am absolutely coming back here again.

So..... went to The Works restaurant in milton this evening as a first time visitor. Very awesome atmosphere; not your average restaurant.  Awesome decor and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. The prices are fair and they have bottomless refills on soft drinks and fries. It is a gourmet burger bistro. I absolutely was blown away by how cool the drinks were served.

The Works is a great burger joint. It has tons of options and combinations for burgers, both beef chicken and veggie related. Even an elk burger option. Nice atmosphere. Casual and clean. Good wait staff, pleasant and friendly. Prices are a little high but reasonable given the variety of options. Food is great. Good beer selection too. Would be good place for a group of people, a family with kids, or a causal lunch date with work colleagues. Will return.

I attended this restaurant this past weekend with 3 of my friends. It was our first time here and we had heard good things about The Works. Initially, our waiter was well mannered and attentive. My boyfriend and I ate our meals and paid our bill (we tipped our waiter %20). My friend paid his bill with debit and had agreed with his girlfriend that he would leave their tip in cash. While we were getting ready to leave, (we had not yet even gotten up), the waiter came over and asked my friend and his girlfriend if the food and service had “been good enough for them” to which my friends replied “yes”. Puzzled, we all looked at each other wondering why he had specifically asked them.  We concluded that because my friend had not tipped on the debit transaction, the waiter assumed that he wasn’t going to tip at all and his demeanor changed completely. My friend had a $20.00 bill in his hand to tip the waiter, which he immediately put away. We got up and started to walk away at which point the waiter yelled, “Don’t worry buddy, I tipped the kitchen for you”. He followed us to the front of the restaurant and stood at the store front waving at us, giving us the thumbs up, and gesturing a money sign with his hands, while other guests sat and watched the incidence unfold. I am absolutely disgusted with the situation that transpired and am shocked that someone would act like this at their place of employment. Each employee that works at this restaurant is a representation of the restaurant as a whole. Let just say, I won’t be referring any of my clients to this restaurant for a “good burger”.

I absolutely love this burger place. This is my burger joint. I think his name is Ryan, but he’s been our server a couple of occasions, and he’s just extremely friendly. All the servers are. Thank you, team! :)
