Wind Japanese and Thai

I've been at couple of Wind in the area, but I can definitely say that this one in the best one! I'm sushi lover and can say for sure that it's a place, this is the one! Totally match on price-quality perspective, tasty meals, great dinner, reasonable price. If you are looking for a perfect, 5-star sushi it's better for u to go to more expensive place. Dinner for 2 would be around $80 for you. Great personnel, interior. Definitely recommend this place 👌🏼

I really really like the renovated space inside. It's modern with some really nice Japanese elements. A table for two here is a really nice experience! All the food was delicious and brought to the table faster than expected but everything fit with some clever rearranging. Service was great as well, water and tea were topped up periodically. Would recommend to everyone :)

This would have been a one star review, if not for the manager taking the time to make up for the evening's service. We were in the restaurant for about 2 and a half hours, during which we had 30-40 minute waits between getting food. One of our party members had to leave without eating much after an hour and a half because of an appointment, and a large portion of our orders were lost or forgotten. Furthermore, the table across from us was supplied with a steady stream of food while we sat waiting at our empty table. However, the food we did receive was incredibly well done as usual, our waiter was polite and apologetic, and at the end of the night the manager brought our bill at a discount, removing the cost of our member who had to leave without eating his fill. I sincerely hope that service/food speed improves, as the food here is absolutely incredible.

Food is amazing! Tons of items on the menu to choose from. Service is probably the best I've ever seen at any resturant. The staff are so polite and friendly and fast! I tell everyone to go to wind if they want awesome sushi :)

Amazing service, food and ambience. Since their renovation, Wind St. Catharines has focused on pinpoint customer service, where a server isn't being pulled in many directions, and is able to take care of a few tables. The contemporary Japanese aesthetic feels authentic and is matched by comfy booths and a pleasant vibe by staff. Overall, a much-needed revamp by the Wind Group. Cheers!
