I love this place. It's so bright and friendly. Get the spicy lemon grass soup! I drive from Niagara falls specifically to eat here and it is worth it every single time.

Fast service - great spot for healthy options in downtown St.Catharines. Their take out bowls are easy to order and you can get almost 2 meals out of them. Awesome place!

Great food. Great atmosphere. Totally recommend it! Please consider putting the Good Roots on the regular menu - just saying!

Service is great and the food is made to order. The ingredients are fresh and I recently did the 5 day cleanze. I feel very energized and healthy after, it was worth the commitment. There is lots of patio seating, parking and it is very clean and bright on the inside. Highly recommend for a quick bite
