Shoppers Drug Mart

Used to one of the best but now it's the worst. In the past year their service has hit rock bottom. The pharmacy has messed up my proscriptions 3 times. Made me miss my meds for over a month. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back there for anything.nWhat a gong show

I ordered a repeat on one of my meds last week. My husband went in the next day, and it wasn't ready. He was told it would be ready on Sunday. He went in on Sunday May 19, where a different Phramacist then told him it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday! My husband told him it was needed and was then told to come back after 2. I went in myself at 4. When I arrived the Pharmacist was in the consultation room, and no one was at the counter. There were 3 of us in line and were kept waiting for 15 minutes. If this pharmacist knew he was alone, he should not have taken so long with a consultation which seemed more jovial than informative. When he came out he made no appology for keeping us waiting. I find this most disrespectful and rude.

I honestly had enough and had to switch pharmacies. It is July 2024 and when you call these people you still have to listen to some giant covid speech before you can speak to a person. Enough is enough now I use a different pharmacy and am much happier with how I call them.

This SDM stopped accepting delivery of my psoriasis injection...they didn't even have the decency to tell me, they just canceled through the pharmaceutical company. No reason given.The pharmaceutical company cannot deliver to a Campground because of the injection needing to be refrigerated. We are at a Campground for 6 months and relied on SDM for deliveries.This means I now need to drive 70 minutes to my sons house and wait for an 8 hour delivery windownMy family uses thisnpharmacy for all our prescriptions and I do weekly shopping there.nReceiving my injection was simple. They accepted it,put it in the fridge and I picked it up.nAs a regular patient I feel disrespected.nI went in to ask why. The manager wasn't there. I was told he'd call me yesterday. No call yesterday nor today.nPoor customer service

Sat.July 16/22. I was forced to go through self check out unless I had cash. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The staff took a lot of verbal abuse from customers that were not happy about the situation, having to take their items to the self check out.Two of the self check outs froze and would not work leaving more unhappy customers. All of these issues wouldn't have happened if folks could have went through at a regular register. To the staff that were there please look for another job as you are not appreciated at this store. Run as fast as you can!nI will never step foot in this Shoppers again. Rosemary Rodgers, Forest Ontario
