Everything tastes like cardboard, the lates are half full, and they always make mistakes on our orders. I've given up on Tim Hortons ever being good again. You can get better coffee and better food just about anywhere else.

Stopped by this location on my way to University of Guelph from Toronto. Very nice and clean location with a good number of seats. There are a lot of different choices in the plaza but this Tim Hortons is good for grabbing a quick bite.

Awful service and rude staff. Came into to grab two soups and had to wait 10mins before even being acknowledged. One worker tried to keep things under control while being unstaffed while the other was purposely making myself and others around me have a hard time. Trying to start casual conversations with the worker who is actually trying to keep their job, and pacing himself at the speed of a snail. And then when it came time for my order he had no intention of being professional in any way. Ripped the bread with his hands... like he was about to make shares for everyone and then tossed everything else inside having no regards for neatness. Great company awful worker.

Too many bodies sleeping in coffee shop at 5to7 most days.Away for 4weeks,came back same conditions.
