Keith is awesome and made sure both my wifes rings were superb ... he sells you the stone and setting individually instead of a cookie cutter ring like the big box stores... definitely the better way to purchase jewellery, plus you'll get an education as well. Make an appointment, you'll be glad you did!!

Couldn't have asked for a better Jeweller. Previously went into a few of the big box stores and was blown away at how poor their product quality was. The factory nature of it made me want to avoid the process altogether. Then I found Williams Distinctive Gems by being referred there. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process and no sales pressure approach. Keith listened to what I was looking for, provided relevant advice around my thoughts and let me decide at the end of the day. The final product was amazing and might be the only reason my girlfriend agrees to marry me! Keith, I appreciate all the work you did in regards to getting her ring made. I will definitely be using William's Distinctive Gems in the future! If you're second guessing this Jeweller you need to stop. Best advice and product in town. Thank you!!!
