The store manager Heela was not helpful at all my fiancé had purchased my engagement ring there and since I got it had nothing but problems! I have had to send my ring out to get fixed 3 times! I wanted to exchange for another ring since my is completely messed up missing prongs, one Dimond on a slant and had had 2 stress fractures! She said there was nothing she choice do for me accept send my ring out again to get fixed! Also still waiting for head office to call me it’s been over a week I’m at the point now i want to return my fiancé’s wedding band and go Ells where not to mention our wedding is in 6 months! HORRIBLE that’s all I have to say!

I would just like to say the the employees at this store that you guys are awesome. Helped us with everything we needed for our wedding bands and went above and beyond their job as we were there we had a close family friend pass away. They were so understanding and even called the next day to see how he was doing and see how we were doing. Amazing staff at this store. Hayley, Shawna , Brandon and I apologize but I don't remember the other girls name. Will decently be back for anu future jewellery purchases. Thanks a ton guys
