The big issue was, the balls kept getting stuck again and again. It happened 6 times in total during our 2 hours there. And that was left two lanes of the VIP lounge. That got really annoying after 3rd time. Otherwise everything else was fine.

came here for a staff social and and we ate at the grill, did some bowling, and the arcade games. but the highlight of our night was definitely the karaoke room!! super fun place, chill staff, great vibes

I went in on April 11 to buy my granddaughter a gift certificate for her birthday. The cashier was nice and friendly and was the only positive of my experience. She tried to load a gift card and it failed. She asked a manager for new ones. I witnessed a very low energy search for them. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes while they searched. They were in the event planning office. It has glass walls. I could see they were no longer looking so I tapped on the glass and was told they couldn't find any. A waste of my time. Rather than tell me right away they kept talking.nToday is April 12. I tried calling through to see if they found any gift cards. I got voicemail many times but it was full. Finally had a person answered the phone. They told me no problem come on in for a gift card. I told her what happened yesterday she said okay the next person you're going to hear on the phone is my manager. It would appear all she did was put the phone down on the counter because I could hear bowling and people and everything in the background. I tried yelling to get attention I tried hey you all sorts of stuff but no response. I tried calling back again from my car I was on the highway probably called 20 times in an hour. I wanted one from champs because we live in town. I decided to go to the alley and since I couldn't get an answer no one at the front counter someone in the event office, who waved to me that she was on the phone I wave waited quite a while. After a while I finally realizednI never saw them touch the keyboard or anything it was probably social so I left. Someone else can have my money. Oh yeah while I was waiting I went to the washroom it smells like laundry that was left in the machine and went smelly. Almost like a sewer backup. I used to be in that business. I think the owners here need to be careful. Milton is pretty large and someone might put in a second bowling alley, this place will lose if a second bowling alley comes to Town. I can't help but wonder if I couldn't get through on the phone because the person was on the phone so long in that office. By the way if management is asking, the receptionists was a young woman very curly hair massive eyelashes very nice personality. She was the only positive in my experience. Not to get physical about her appearance but that's how I can describe her. Have a great day
