Wild Wing

Attended this location to watch a World Cup game which I was happy that they played on every screen! The service was good given the large amount of people in the restaurant at the time. Food portions felt a little small compared to the price, Wings tasted great however. Boneless chicken poutine felt a little dry. Overall not a bad experience!

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in this Wild Wing, it was a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. We got amazing combo options at an affordable price and the customer service was amazing I can definitely say. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Prior to new ownership we were able to order the triple or foursome with 1lb without breading for my daughter who has an egg allergy and the remaining wings breaded. The recent visit we asked for the same and were told we couldn't, that it wasn't possible and never was.. instead we were suggested to order separately which of course, would be more expensive. I asked to speak with the manager, whom didn't come out even though the place was empty. We politely left to go to the King City location who accommodated us with no issues. It's clear that not all locations value customers equally. If customers feel valued, they will most certainly value the business back .. Don't go to this location if you value customer service. This doesn't reflect on or waitress, who tried her best.

Our experience is a clear example of when a restaurant owner has the nerve to take more guests than they can accomodate. We were a large group trying to go together to a restaurant after our kids sport tournament. We called several places in advance to see if they can take in a big group on a Sunday evening. This restaurant said yes they could! Despite us being the only guests of the establishment, we waited for more than TWO AND A HALF HOURS! for our orders to get to our tables along with mistakes and forgotten items! Let’s not talk about the cleanliness and the service! You go to a restaurant to spend a good time with your party not to just eat something. This place killed the whole fun and spirit of the group plus a lot of hungry teenagers and adults. Who can wait seated for two and a half hours for food????

The main thing I appreciate of all is that the service was exceptional even after it was crazy busy cause of Super Bowl, I enjoyed my self over there. Food was also very delicious. I would definitely choose this wild wing every time.

If I could give zero stars I would! 75 minutes late and I get it, it’s Super Bowl Sunday but at least provide what we ordered! Missing veggies and dip and pretty sure for $65 we should have received more than 23 wings. Never again!

Had a great experience there, we were 20 in total and they served us very good food. Recommended place for wings lovers.
