First time ordering from Cultres. I just got one sandwich called the Grilled chicken with blue cheese and roasted peppers. #4 I really enjoyed it. All the ingredients complimented each other. The sandwich was not the biggest I've had but overall was very tasty. It would be perfect if the price was a little cheaper.
We ordered burritos from this restaurant and it was our first time. We really liked the power plant burritos. The guy who served us is very nice. The Lady at the cash register is also nice she suggested us to add smoothies to our order and the smoothies are really good. You will enjoy that. Thanks for your service
At Vaughan Mills there are many choices of food. I choose Cultures as they seemed to be a healthier option. I ordred the chicken avocado sandwich combo. I was disappointed in the quality of food. The sandwich was pre-made and the chicken was a thin slice. There was not even a full slice of avocado in the sandwich. The pasta salad lacked flavour but the beet salad was pretty good. I can't see myself eating here again.
Very disorganized to know where to order, wait for food. Customers were lining up 2 different directions, Staff Not re-directing. I ordered a large smoothie, employee upsold me to order a second smoothie for a discount, so I asked for a second small size. Employee ended up giving me 2 large smoothies, I did not realize in moment, due to the disorganization of people waiting already, I handed smoothie to my toddler. Then employee starts yelling at me that they gave me the wrong size smoothie, telling me to give it back to them....they then gave it to next customer. Usually a mistake like that, most businesses would just tell customer to keep the smoothie Very unsanitary to give it to another customer!!
Ordered mango salad and southwest bowl, very healthy.
I had some dude serve me and make my entire custom wrap wrong. After charging me $15 and taking ten minutes to figure out the cash register. I asked them to correct jt and I was refused a correction, I was also given attitude when I asked to speak to an owner or manager, I have still yet to be able to make any contact with a manager or owner.
One of the slowest places I have seen inside a fast food mall resturants. Cost wise isn't the best place, plus despite of mentioning to 2 individuals to remove an item from the dish however it still landed in my dish.

Very bad sandwiches. I just bought a sandwich at this place and they had their sandwiches already done because “the chicken avocado is the most popular” half a leave of lettuce 2 small slides of chicken and half slide of avocado. I feel that they robed my money, a $9 sandwich looks like a $2 dollar sandwich. Very disappointed! I went back and asked for the manager, she didn’t come out and the person in charge at that moment could not solve my problem. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anybody.
Ordered a SouthWest bowl , but asked for to hold the Quinoa because my wife is allergic to it, to which I assume was the owner ; asian lady was told you can’t because the rice and quinoa are premixed. So I said fine, replace it which any other base. She offered lettuce instead to which I agreed. As the girl started making the order she took the regular sized bowl away from her, whispered in her ear and replaces it with a much much smaller bowl that has half the depth of the original order. Not sure why she felt the need to do that, but ultimately she charged me the same price as for a regular order with way less toppings and content. All this, without advising or mentioning anything about the substitution resulting in a smaller order size. 5 bites in and my wife was done because it was mostly lettuce. Don’t really care that she decided to do that, but at least tell your customers you’re gonna pull a fast one on them so they have a choice. Would’ve mentioned it to there on the spot but being the holidays the place was crowded and I didn’t wanna hold up the line. What was also irritating was that she asks customers to pay in advance, before completing the order. Didn’t get a receipt the first time around, and once done she asks to pay again. After I gave her a pretty stern look and she then magically remembered me. Lots of other healthy options, no need to entertain this place. On the bright side the part-time staff seemed to be friendly.
