Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Overall very good experience for the family's first visit at this Kelseys location. The restaurant was very clean and the service from the staff was great. Their burgers and onion rings are a must try, and I would also recommend trying the four cheese spinach dip with baked pita I absolutely loved it. The only issue I had was I wish my nachos were better prepared but none the less I would still recommend this Kelseys location to anyone.

Waiting time is fine, around 15 to 20 minutes since it's Valentine's Day. It was our first time here, and we wanted to celebrate it on a different venue and menu. Drink and appetizers were served quick, but the mains took it around 30 minutes to serve. But after all the wait, the food was amazing, and my wife just passed her appetite to eat the pasta.

Plenty of parking. Quickly seated and served. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I couldn't decide what to eat, gave him my top options, and asked him to surprise me. He did not disappoint! The patty melt was delicious and he added a side-sized version of a salad I was eyeballing. We had the strawberry dragon fruit gin smash double; very good! It didn't bother us that they were out of a couple kid menu items; they are close to Canada's Wonderland, so it doesn't surprise me, and our son enjoyed his chicken fingers. I think we were there for about an hour could not have been much more than that. Can collect and pay with scene points as desired.

Came here on a Saturday at 5:00PM before heading to wonderland. The service was great and our waitress was friendly and helpful for the 11 of us. The servings were large, and the food was delicious. Overall a great dinner.

The service was really disappointing. I came with a party of 10 and was really looking forward to going here. However, after we ordered, my plate arrived 30 minutes after everyone elses. By the time my dinner arrived, the rest of the table was pretty much done eating. On top of this, they forgot to bring half of my order. I ordered the chicken parm dinner and I also ordered the garlic bread appetizer to come out at the same time, but I didn't receive it. The garlic toast in the photo came with the meal and is different from the app that I ordered on top of that, which didn't arrive. At that point, I was already too frustrated to mention it to the waitress. The server didn't check on us at all until 30minutes after we were done eating. At that point, she took our dessert orders and brought those orders out while our empty dinner plates were still on the table. The food was pretty good but the service ruined it for me.

Amazing service! Mike was fantastic. Highly recommend the Thai Chicken Curry, and the Cajun Shrimp Sirloin

Everything was amazing. The food was hot and tasty, while service provided from the host and server was prompt and friendly. The staff were very professional and accommodating after a miscommunication accident. We appreciated all the care our table received. The Kitchen Manager we met was wonderfully helpful in answering our questions, as well as our amazing server who we unfortunately did not catch the name of. We will certainly be coming back, with a reservation in hand. Vegetarian options: Burger has plant patty

My friend and I came in today, celebrating a special occasion and Maya was our server, and omg was she amazing! Right off the bat Maya was extremely welcoming, kind and provided us with her fullest attention when asking for our orders. Maya was also super caring and cracked a few jokes here and there. I've been to this location a few times an I think that its safe to say that this time was one to remember. Maya constantly checked up on us and was extremely professional, knowing that she's only been serving for a short period of time as she mentioned in our conversation. Maya has this amazing aura about her, and was such a pleasure to have today! keep up the great work, and thank you so much!!
