I actually enjoyed Church's fried chicken; it's light and crispy, and the crinkle-cut fries are tasty too. Their honey biscuit is a must-get, with ease, it's their best item. But some of their other items just plain suck: I ordered this special 6 piece "Megabite" for $6.99, and I got dried-up chicken scraps instead. Each piece is smaller than my thumb. What an absolute embarrassment by Church's; the fried chicken market is too competitive for me to return here.
I’ve been eyeing this fast food chain since it opened up nearby. Decided to give it a try because I was craving some southern fried chicken. Glad I did. Upon entering, the restaurant was clean and I was greeted in a friendly manner by the cashier. She was patient and helpful in assisting me with my order. I ordered the Mexicana Chicken Sandwich Combo and it did not disappoint. It was tender and crispy but didn’t feel greasy. The sauce was delicious and had a lovely kick to it. The bun and toppings lettuce, tomato, and red onions were fresh and added subtle flavour. I liked how the fries were put in a bag and filled a little extra reminds me of Five Guys. I felt full and satisfied and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some comfort food. Total was just over $13 which was reasonable and on par with other comparable fast food joints.
I really like the food here. Generous portions, the chicken taste amazing, much better than Mary Brown and Popeyes. Normally I dislike brisket as they are dry, but here they are moist and delicious. I've been there 2x and will probably eat here 1-2 times a week. I wish they had daily specials. Good job everyone.
Called around 6:55-7:05pm during operation hours, for 3 times, phone rang but no one pick up. We end up getting delivery service. Food is hot and ok quality. We ordered the dark meat combo but got a few pieces of white meat. Lots of room for improvement.
Went to the grand opening and the owner was so nice! The chicken was delicious! I got spicy fried chicken and it was really good. The chicken was crispy and not excessively oily as I’ve seen with Popeyes. The biscuit was also fresh and different from your average biscuit given its honey glazed. Thanks to the owner for the kind welcome and we will definitely be back!
Absolutely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable for a business to operate this way. The chicken is raw uncooked and probably infested with salmonella. This deserves ZERO STARS
Best fried chicken we have had...not just compared to kfc!
I really like the chicken here. I always go there on every weekend and they have special deals on daily basis. Also the costumer service is also very good. The people who are working they are very polite and always smile. Every time I meet with a employee name with Sukhman and she has great service. Thank you
Since the KFCs and Popeyes around the area have terrible reviews, I checked out Church's. And I do not regret it. I got the huge family meal 16 pieces + sides and they gave me an extra box of 8 biscuits for free maybe not on purpose. The chicken pieces werent tiny and not insanely greasy and the taste was pretty good, however the Spicy ones could have used more kick. Also, the fries looked like they were McCain Superfries from the grocery store but they didnt taste too terrible although I definitely wouldnt go out of my way to order them. The biscuits were good but FYI they are the sweet kind, not salty. The Jalapeño Poppers were delicious and the Onion Rings were not bad too. I would 100% return and my Door Dash order was super fast as well.
Would never buy from here again! I got chicken tenders it was undercooked. it was horrible!! The fries were old , probably reheated and the coleslaw had too much cream! Whoever was working in the kitchen on nov 1st around 5pm needs to be trained or better yet fired. Its unacceptable to serve customers uncooked chicken, absolutely GROS!!!!!
