We went to White Spot for the Lager, a Burger and sweet potato fries. This is our favourite meal there. Unfortunately we left feeling let down and not sure we will go back. It took almost 10 minutes for our waitress to even come to the table, then after we ordered, she forgot to bring our beer. Another 15 minutes passed so I tracked her down to remind her. When she finally brought it she wasn't apologetic, she was annoyed. The sweet potato fries were mostly the tail end of the potato, not the amazing fries that we rave about. The service was mediocre at best. You can do better White Spot..
Waited to be seated for a long time. Then stuffed 5 of us into a small booth. Threw menus down on the table and didn't return for a long time. Once the meals were brought out, my wife ordered a gluten-free bun on her burger allergy and received a regular bun. Family waited for me in the vehicle because it took so long to get the bill. It was not even busy in the restaurant. I'm not impressed with this location.
For the first time in years, we have found a place that feels like "home!" The Zoo sticks were the best we've had at ANY White Spot on Vancouver Island! Sara did an amazing job, despite the abusive behaviour she received from a neighbouring table! You ROCK, Sara! We'll be back! Especially if we find a house there! But we'll return regardless! Thank you, Campbell River for a great ending to our "drive" day!!

It is White Spot. The food was decent. Music is a bit too melow. Our server Alayanna was awesome! Super friendly, care about our stay. Good value for your money. Parking: Free parking, good lighting, safe. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Service was definitely not a thing here. Waited almost 10 minutes at the door, blatantly got ignored by 3 staff members before we got seated. Waited at our table for 10+ minutes with no signs of a drink order in the near future. Will not be returning.
White Spot is really behind its time. Not one veggie or seafood breakfast option. And a serving of greasy fried potatoes for breakfast. Hope they introduce some more variety to the breakfast menu in the coming future. I remember them having great veggies omelettes back in the day.
Service was super slow despite the fact the place was almost empty. Waited almost an hour after she took our drink order before she took our food order and another 45 min or so before we got our food.Food: 4/5
This is a nice place to stop with the family, good brunch and lunch options especially. They are extremely kid friendly and patient, and our service was quite good in general. No real complaints! I do wish they were a little less aggressive about selling alcohol, as there is more drink menu than food, and that doesn't really suit the reason I go there. But that's easy enough to dismiss and explain away to the kids Kid-friendliness: They have coloring books, nice patient staff, and a great kids menu with a good amount of options
