The place is family friendly. The servers are pleasant ans efficient. I did notice they didn't have steak available for 2 consecutive weekends that we dined. The pasta for their spaghetti was unavailable as well and they told us they're using the pasta for the fettucini. Too bad, we didn't get to order what we were craving but the Teriyaki rice we ordered was great so we were happy still.

Fantastic, service, we had the Monty Mushroom Burger, back story, there is this wonderful horse named Monte, and I have been taking care of him for almost 2 years. As the owner has cancer and I love this horse so much, unfortunately, I had to leave the farm, not my choice. So I went to Blackbrew Tattoo and now on my left shoulder is Monte the spirit horse that hopefully one day I will be able to take care of again. It seemed fitting that my 2 very good friends order the Monty burger. Friendly service and professionalism and excellent burger. Clean, neat atmosphere. Hostess was very accommodating. Delicious burger and I love that you can order half and half onion rings and yam fries with extra charge. Worth it. We will be back May 3rd for dinner as I will be finishing the tattoo. What a great way to end the day..

Best White Spot I've ever been to! I'm not sure what was different from the other Spots I've been to but the flavors of the Nat's Hearty were 3 times tastier at this location! Ceaser was perfect! Considering making the move to Chilliwack now

I always order the Brie and mushroom veggie burger and add crispy bacon.  It’s always delicious.  It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and have been trying to healthier so it was a treat to come here.  I have been eating white spot since I was a child.  I can’t remember the compared to when I was a child but i remember I always enjoyed the bc chicken burger or beef burger back then and the fries were also always good dipped in triple o sauce.  Today I opted for the farro power salad bowl with salmon added on.  The salad was well dressed - not overdressed.  It could have used some more nuts, cheese, and farro.. it was mostly spinach.  The salmon was was dry and not seasoned properly.  My wife ordered the veggie burger with crispy bacon and I had a few bites of her burger.  It was delicious but I noticed they have drastically cut down on the amount of Brie they used to put on the burger.  Prices go up but ingredients go down.  My wife had fries with her burger and I had a couple, still delicious I would say.  The waitress was very friendly.  Most restaurants are disappointing these days so I’m glad it wasn’t a big let down going to one of my old favourites.  If the owner is reading this: never overcook your salmon, please.  Fish is so delicate and it shouldn’t be so dry you can’t swallow it without water.

I’ve lived in chilliwack many years and have always loved whitespot. I usually let these things go cause they remake it right away when asked but I went there today with some family and got myself a monty mushroom burger which came to me very undercooked and completely raw. I also ordered a legendary burger for takeout to bring home to my boyfriend and after getting a raw burger I should have checked to make sure the to go burger was properly cooked but I figured since I sent my already raw burger back to be remade they wouldn’t make the mistake twice. But he dove in to eat it when I got home just to find it equally as pink and raw. I’m very very disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again for other peoples sake it can be very dangerous. For now I will not be going back to eat there anytime soon.

Went out with the kids for lunch and had the pirate pack with Mac and cheese and the other with spaghetti. My son loved the spaghetti said it was the best ever. The younger one also enjoyed his. The portion were more than adequate. I had the the fish and chips and those were good to. We sat out on the patio which has parking lot view but still nice to be able to be outside…service was quick and friendly.

Fantastic day out. We started our day out with lunch which was so tasty! All of the staff/guides were so kind. Our group of six went rafting with our amazing guide Lucytells good jokes. Would highly recommend and if I was to give one tip; listen to your guide with intent to understand!

Grace was our waitress. The restaurant experience was great. Been to a lot of white spots and this was one of the best. The hostess knew the soup off the day and all the specials. All the workers seemed to help each other. The food was great and the whole dinner went well. We will return.

Very good food as always VERY POOR SERVICE BY OUR SERVER GRACE . She needs some customer training. Ordered a glass of wine. Took a long time and when it finally arrived she didn't pour it, just put the carafe on the table. When I went to pour it I saw how dirty the glass was. Asked for a clean glass.  Took a long time and saw her and another server in the kitchen area gesturing towards me and laughing. Finally our food came and I still didn't have a clean glass so I asked for one. The other server came by and plunked it down and said some smart remark about hoping this was clean enough. Our server Grace came by again and started telling me my glass wasn't dirty and they were water marks. Very disappointed in her behavior and hopefully a manager will see this review. Been going to White Spot for a very long time and have never  had such rude service.

The food was good but the service was terrible!! Our server Name was Jenna and she was so focused on the skip drivers, the hostesses not seating her a party of 10,  she was arguing with the hostesses about giving her a large table how it would take up her whole section. she dropped our food off and left, had to flag her down for ketchup, she never checked on us, no refills. ,we sat for ever before she came  and cleared two out of three of our plates. and got someone else to bring the bill.  I am guessing he was a manager. I did speak with him to say how terrible the service was and all he said was “:sorry about that” “I will talk to her later”. My bi was almost $80 and we got $4 pops and no refills. Our server only had two other tables besides us.  Usually the service is great but I would not recommend sitting in Jenna’s section!
