I've been to other Earls locations but this was my first at the Chilliwack one! We were seated promptly and had great service off the bat. The server was very friendly and polite. We got amazing cocktails, they were so yummy and fresh, the server even mentioned they had a bar tender in training and wanted to make sure the drinks were up to par and they were AMAZING! The menu was updated since last time I was at earls, we each got new bowls we hadn't tried before, as well as a sushi taco, just to try! The sushi taco was so good, I wish I got that for my meal, next time I'll definitely get more! Overall great experience and food, we will definitely be back for date night
I have to start by mentioning how great the service was. Hostess and server were exceptionally friendly and attentive. My drink, a Negroni, was well mixed and could have been served in a high end bar setting. My starter, the spicy tuna sushi tacos where amazing. Main dish, the Mother Earth bowl with tofu was good. Salad greens fresh and crisp and the tofu was prepared just right. All in all a good dining out experience. If I have to find one thing to criticize it would have to be the restaurant’s Interior feel. I’m sure at night it’s good but late afternoon it feels a bit dark and the frosted windows create an odd atmosphere.
Food was ok but not for the price and the seats were dirty when we arrived. The food was high priced. It’s 22$ for a burger and it’s not any better than any other place. Could be more seasoned or something special that would make it worth it. Would be better if it came with a small side salad maybe. The server was nice and polite but took quite a bit of time to ask if we needed refills and the pop glasses were too small even though they were bottomless. All said and done it was 56$ for 2 burgers and fries. Not really a good deal at all. That didn’t include tip either. I probably won’t go back unless I got a gift card again. I like a good burger and that can be found elsewhere for slightly cheaper.
The chicken tacos, were a bit dry, the calamari pickled onions were super tangy, and calamari was rubbery but the steak was good although a bit salty but that's ok with me.
Three of us had dinner at Earl's on October 20/2022. It's been a couple of years since our last dinner/visit to Earl's. We were very impressed!! It looks like a whole new decor, chairs, tables, colour scheme. Nice job:. Our waitperson was friendly and knowledgeable and very good with suggestions. The front staff/greeters have always been very welcoming. A suggestion would be to think about having a male greeter etc. Nice job all round:
It was pretty good, not great. The salad was huge but the dressing was meh. The clam chowder was pretty good. All in all, it was okay
Exceptional flavours, classy setting, nice big patio and generous indoor tables, and attentive yet patient servers! A great choice! Entrees lean towards more $, but you certain won’t regret your meal. I had the California pizza well priced and it was exceptional!
Normally good, lately service has been slow. Tend to wait a while before orders are taken, but tonight we waited for 25+ mins with no one taking our drink order, didn't even get waters. Had several several servers walk by our table too, not even a word. Ended up having to walk out and go elsewhere cause we were getting hungry!
This place is very slow I ordered 2 burgers and fries to go it took 45 min. When I inquired with the front they could have cared less. They weren’t very good after all the wait time. Don’t go here for takeout. Browns is better food and way faster takeout time.
