Triple O's

The food was standard Triple O's taste. No complaints. The service at this location need a major overhaul. The burger assembly was poor, was a sloppy mess. One of the order came with cold fries and the other with no pickle. Shakes were sitting on counter melting in the heat while rest of the food was being prepared. Was hard to find a clean table to dine. Every table was a sticky mess and/or had garbage. The dining area was practically empty but the drive through was busy at that time. Still not an excuse to leave such a mess. Staff are very slow with a don't care attitude.

Saturday March 25 at Vedder location. We had ordered a two meals, one a bacon cheeseburger c/w fries, it came without a pickle, the other a buttermilk chicken sandwich c/w pickle chips. $35. We had ordered the plain buttermilk chicken sandwich due to dietary restrictions. The chicken burger comes with chipotle sauce and bbq sauce, neither did we ask for this but can’t eat anything spicy. Upon stating my concerns at the register, we were told that it comes that way. I asked why there would be a description of a chipotle beef burger and no description of the chicken burger having chipotle? There is another chicken burger that is labeled spicy. As I was conversing with one of the staff, another customer came up and said that was the problem with his, he didn’t ask for chipotle either. If it comes that way, state it on your menu. Needless to say, there was no effort to rectify it, my complaint wasn’t taken seriously and then was laughed at by a snotty blond girl. I felt as though we were thought of as a joke. We left the store without going back to our meal. Very disappointed. Not so sure we would come eat at another franchise.

I want to note that this review is not for the food - I love the food here! Every single time I come here, which is weekly for breakfast, the service is extremely lacking. There is no friendly greeting beyond the robotic "welcome to triple o's, how can I help you." There is no greeting at the window, just the total and a debit machine pointed at you. Generally, I can move on with my day without being thanked for my patronage which doesn't occur either but today my $28.00 order was missing one of three expensive breakfast sandwiches - this might have something to do with the server literally texting in front of the closed drive thru window while I waited 2-3 minutes for service. Needless to say, I'm happy to take my weekly contribution to the other Triple O's in town, which can hopefully do a better job. Managers, pay attention to the staff you are hiring and make sure they have a basic level of customer service. Maybe times are changing, but if you are paying your staff a pretty penny due to inflation, maybe hold them to a higher standard. Rant over!

Not worth the money. Quality was average, fries are way over seasoned. The grilled chicken was a good size and best part of the order. Would not buy again.

Staff phoned it in. Fountain soda emptied, told staff who simply couldn't be bothered to put a sign up for customers. Attached gas station Chevron unable to read lottery tickets. Third class experience for the $30 pair of burgers received.

Probably the last time I go to this local spot. First real issueless than two months ago I watched a manager observe an issue with the pop machine, then still send the drinks for my family out. Got home and there was no flavour. Called they apologized stating they found out there was an issue. Offered a free meal, then retracted and offered a refundgift card on the drinks. “Just tell them my name”. Today I arrived, and after “looking” they couldn’t find after opening a drawer full of paperright in front of me, so they said I should pay and just come back next time as they didn’t know how much the medium drinks cost…? Went elsewhere, spent less, got more, and honestlysince lately triple O’s is made so poorly in certain locations tasted better. Rarely post, especially bad ratings, but enough is enough… On the upside, the chevron staff are great, always friendly and helpful.

The flavour of the food was good. Far above average for fast food, and was the same quality as other Triple O's restaurants. The service time was quite slow; it should be mentioned though, that my order was placed during rush hour on Sunday evening. The overall cleanliness was good, however some of the tables needed to be wiped.
