6 staff, 20 customer and a 5 minute wait at the entrance. No acknowledgement from staff and the food is worth about 50% of what they charge. BC casinos not like the advertising to say the least. Do yourself and your friends a favor and spend your money some place else.
For the last two times when we have gone there for supper, there is some event happening and you can't get in. Why don't they advertise this on their website? We look each time to see what the special is, and there is never a sign that it is closed to the public. We will not be going there again...just a waste of time.
.Food is good and reasonable priced. Been here multiple times. Service is good bit slow but servers are running Just could use a few more servers when busy. Had salmon twice. Good also steaks are very good. We come to watch the bands.
Good food and drinks. But terrrrrrrrible service. Sat for quite some time before we got acknowledged at all. It's sometimes good and sometimes awful. Lately awful. Certain servers carry alot of attitude for someone expecting a tip.
The service was poor, my boyfriend asked for gluten free and the food was not gluten free as he got sick from it. He only gets sick like this when he eats gluten.
The quality of food here has gone way down over the years I have been going here. When they first opened the food was excellent but now it's just cheap casino food that's not that cheap.
