It was a nice experience. I don't usually eat in a fast food restaurant but since I was with my 6 year old daughter, she asked me to take me to Wendy's. It was actually my first time to dine there, and my experience was so far superb. The food was hot and we got our order very fast. The place was clean though wet on some areas because of snow. My girl really like her food. I would recommend this place a 100%. Kid-friendliness: The staff was very patient to listen to my daughter tell her story. And she was very friendly to her, which is very nice.
Excellent location, it's kept very clean, service is always solid and even though it's a very busy location best hours aside from mcdonalds they are head and shoulders above competition. You can't really beat wendys for quality and service, but it does come at a cost. I'd say you pay 2$ more for equivalent meal here than competitors but it's worth the price imo. I use the app so I generally get a deal. Today I used coupon for 2 dollars off. I got a frostchino on side and my total came to 9$ with the bacon egg biscuit meal /w small coffee. I decided to eat in dining room and really enjoyed it. Very clean, lots of windows as well as a very clean bathroom facilities. Quick service although they weren't very busy. Staff were smiling and helpful, made me feel welcome, which is nice to have these days. Service 5 Environment 5 Food 5
Food was good and typical but a little slow. It was 6:15 pm and a lineup of skip the dishes orders killed those who actually got out of their basement and went to the restaurant. Staff seemed a little in un -motivated but that is the norm these days. I don't do Wendy's often as I prefer my burgers flame broiled but would recommend.

I love Wendy’s more now that they have sent out coupons, making their great food even more affordable in this day and age of $40-$60 family fast-food meals. Deliciously fresh food and way cheaper than A&W. The service has always been great at the 5rd Location in Richmond and it is mostly, pretty clean.
It’s Wendy’s just like all the others… fast food and as expected. My only complaint is the “fast” part….or rather slow part of this establishment. There is always a far reaching line up stretching across the mall parking lot that doesn’t move particularly quickly. Busy location? Sure. Brand new renovation that completely lacked any efficiency upgrades to accompany the known demand, yea. If you have the time to sit in this line up, park across the street and hit Earls for happy hour. I don’t attend this location specifically due to the wait times. Even if the line is short, your gonna need spare time.
I have been to this Wendy’s location multiple times since I have moved there recently, and every staff memebers are such humble and nice people , in addition to that the food is amazing and clean but there is one worker who works here is such a nice and friendly person. Her name was Gabi she is such a nice person and to be honest she deserves to be the manager of this location . She is the sweetest person at this location .
Ordered a burger without toms or ketchup due to allergy. Get home open the order tickets correct but.... my burgers wrong has tomatoes and ketchup and when I call in the manager goes I don't know and tells me to drive back across town! When I tell her I am unable she offers a refund however will not provide her name as a reference to who I spoke to so I could confirm if I ever do go back in. Not even an apology for the mistake. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Since the new management over the years it's gone down hill. And each time my husband convinces me to go there my meal is messed up. This time I am complaining and leaving a review. An ALLERGY should be important! You CAN kill someone. Smh the undue care of how food is handled here. When someone winds up super sick or even worse dead cause you don't care maybe than you'll take allergies into consideration??? Right now it's clear they don't care!
Thursday, September 22. 11:15pm. Ordered what I would usually get at any given Wendy's; 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, medium fries, medium chocolate frostee. The fries were so good I found myself digging in the bag for every french fried morsel that may have fallen out. The junior bacon cheeseburgers were the best I've ever had at any Wendy's. Thumbs up and Good job to this crew cheers
Food and service was good but Wendy's has seriously dropped the ball on using plastic ketchup containers!! What happened to paper? When the whole world is consiouse of plastic use Wendy's upped their game?? !!! Half the ketchup gets wasted too. You can't squeeze it out of hard plastic couplets!
