We had an issue with our hot water tank as it was not keeping the water hot. A service rep came out promptly and replaced the gas valve. The next day we were still having the same problem. Again a service rep came back promptly and discovered it was the dip tube.
The tube was split on both sides so that cold water was mixing with the hot. It was a coincidence that both parts needed replacing at the same time.  The parts were under warranty so we just had the expense of the service call. We were pleased with the service and having the problem solved.

Scott Yuen attended my residence and quickly performed the work required without any issues. Scott was professional and explained the work that needed to be done! I would recommend Hilltop Plumbing & Heating! Excellent customer service all around.
