I have been a tenant there approximately one year now and I really enjoy my staying. My Unit was spotless when I moved in. The owner is a responsible owner, making sure everybody is well look after. Good job. Thanks , Moe P.S : about negative reviews, are people that didn't get their ways.

Poorly maintained, inconvenient location for most people, unprofessional owner. Rent is too high for what you get (no space at all). "Lease" is insane (pay extra for guests, will try to up your rent for opening windows, etc). I have been harassed on several occasions by owner.
