Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Bay

The hotel is very clean, with comfy beds and lots of space. The pool is small and has way too much chlorine, to the point it burnt into our sinuses and had our kids choking for about an hour following their swim. The breakfast was by far, the worst breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Everything tasted old and stale, overall gross. The staff were friendly though, and very welcoming. For the price of $205 per night, we won’t be returning.

Just home from an event in the city over the weekend. Our team stayed there and from the minute we checked in until the time we left, everything was as expected, and ideal for our group. The owner, Alexander, was totally lovely to deal with along with his amazing and kind staff. Clean and bright hotel. Breakfast was more than decent. We will be back!

Our biggest complaint was the doors had very little sound proofing and we could hear everyone that was in the hallway clear as day. Could even hear the TV two rooms down. It's a well used hotel and it's pretty clear of that, it wasn't gross just quite a few dings, dents.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn several times over two months due to work, and my experiences have been nothing but positive every time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are well-kept and clean, and the check-in and check-out processes are very quick and easy. Well done!
