Days Inn & Suites North Bay

Friendly staff and decent downtown North Bay location. Wyndham means poor quality Hotel. The hotel isn't a 2 star ; More like a one star motel. I wouldn't take kids here. It's dated and lacks any signs of up keep. It's like it's on life support for hotels just waiting for the corporate greed to end it or finally sink money into it. Very dated and I felt like there was bed bugs. Itched like crazy after staying there. There's no lack of people downtown on drugs and this hotel does not offer any security. Door barely locks takes a minute to fiddle with; don't bring kids or families to this hotel /motel

Staff was great, only 2 ice makers for 4 floors? 1&4th, and the one on the 4th floor didn't work with no signage to indicate that, the room was dated but acceptable to me, but the chair in the room was broken, but usable. I also requested 1st floor but got 3rd but as it looked pretty full that might not have been a possible request. For the price it was good value, location was pretty good too

I have stayed here many times since 2012 and always treated like family. My wife and I just stayed last night and the check in staff were fantastic. We had planned to stay another night even booked but an emergency came up. The check out staff went out of her way to check with her manager to be sure while canceling second night we would be reimbursed. We ordered great spring rolls and red curry from restaurant on 4th floor and it was outstanding. To be honest I have never had an issue at this hotel. Thank you again

Absolutely wouldn't stay again.nRooms were very dirty - bedding had stains.nShowers had mold and the vents had significant dust build up. Windows were dirty and not cleaned.nnOnly plus side was that the continental breakfast was decent !

Shower still has short and curlies from the last client, room is dirty.nFolded a half used toilet paper roll to present as new.nFreezer flap in fridge is broken, freezer is just one huge ice block.nTv has a line going through it from previous clients, too cheap to replace.nAdvertise a meeting room , meeting room not available anymore when you get here.nWalls are dirty, furniture is very poorly maintained/cleaned.nnOnly give's positive options for reviewing the hotel.nnI could call it low quality, not maintained or cleaned properly.
