Days Inn & Suites North Bay

Broken door latch.nThe door has to be slammed so it shuts and will not lock due to the latch not working.nBathrooms are gross.nRoom was cleannFront desk person was great.nOther then the door issue not a bad place so far.

I have stayed here many times since 2012 and always treated like family. My wife and I just stayed last night and the check in staff were fantastic. We had planned to stay another night even booked but an emergency came up. The check out staff went out of her way to check with her manager to be sure while canceling second night we would be reimbursed. We ordered great spring rolls and red curry from restaurant on 4th floor and it was outstanding. To be honest I have never had an issue at this hotel. Thank you again

I would like to give zero star if possible. Horrible stay experience. There were bedbugs on bed, on shower curtains. Whole night felt like nightmare. I was unable to sleep because of bedbugs. Guys please come to his hotel if you want to spread bedbugs in your community.

Staff was great, only 2 ice makers for 4 floors? 1&4th, and the one on the 4th floor didn't work with no signage to indicate that, the room was dated but acceptable to me, but the chair in the room was broken, but usable. I also requested 1st floor but got 3rd but as it looked pretty full that might not have been a possible request. For the price it was good value, location was pretty good too

Decent enough hotel. We stay in our camper regularly but it's been leaking no thanks to the repairs we got at Tin Can Ranch near Kitchener but another tale. Trying out a few hotel chains when we travel and this one was very nice for the price.
