The Hampton Inn by Hilton™ North Bay hotel sits in a unique community surrounded by scenic and historical Lake Nipissing. We were forced to find a hotel when Highway 11 was closed from North Bay to Hearst because of a snowstorm. The hotel staff were very welcoming and managed to arrange for a handicap accessible room for me even though we did not have a reservation. Additionally, the hotel did not take advantage of the highway closure and charged the normal rate for our room. The hotel also had an excellent breakfast the following morning before we got back on the road. We will be happy to stay here again, should the need arise.

Probably the nicest hotel chain in North Bay. Room could use a bit of maintenance or renovation. Internet has been unsatisfactory lately. Staff is always great though. Breakfast is decent but could be better.

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, free WiFi, good tv reception. We used the fridge for leftovers, the microwave for heating them. Awesome breakfast. Staff is extraordinary...they go the extra mile and then some. The staff at the breakfast buffet are friendly, always helpful, efficient and allowed me to make a couple waffles a couple minutes after closing when I requested it. Kudos to them!! Front desk staff always friendly, efficient, able to answer questions re events, restaurants nearby, directions and provide other suggestions. Thanks!

Great experience here, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard, but clean and had everything that was needed. There was a fair breakfast, with waffles, cereal, yogurt, granola, fruit, eggs, etc. The pool was heated and was very enjoyable. The hotel also has a business center and fitness center as well as a little food area with candy, drinks, gum, Pringles, etc. Exterior of the hotel was recently renovated. Great views! Wifi was good. I recommend.
