Went earlier in the day and got 2 chicken sandwiches w jalapeno cheese, 10 piece moz stick, 20 piece chicken ring and a med fry. Came to about 25 and fed 3 of us after driving from the airport. Kinda hard to get in and out of but everything was fresh and hot so we sat in the parking lot to eat. Will be back!Food: 5/5
Not a good White Castle experience at this location. Nobody waiting in line to order. 1 person an amployee eating in lobby. HUGE water spill all over floor w/no caution/wet floor signage warning you of the danger. No attempt by employees to mop/clean it up. Took forever to finally get someone to come take out orders. The employee who had been sitting in lobby came back behind counter & was a cook making burgers. No uniform being worn, no apron, nothing other than his regular clothes & a pair of gloves thank goodness for those at least. Part of our order included several double cheeseburgers plain. Because he made them incorrectly at first he tried to correct the problem by taking the pickle off & then hand picking the onions off the buns. I'm standing there watching him and I was absolutely appalled that he was actually going to try & give those burgers to us. It was only after another employee saw me staring at the guy at the grill that she turned around to look and she saw what he was doing with our food so she walked over, said something to him about it and he then quickly & angrily started grabbing the top buns & patties and threw them over at the garbage & it was the other employee that was putting all new sandwiches/buns together free of pickle juice & slivered onions all over it. The male employee was visibly unhappy about this entire situation. The sacks of french fries were clearly overcooked and hard. The drink machine had no ice and the soda was flat & tasted disgusting. The employees were aware of these issues but again no attempt was made fix any of it. Still, big mess of water on floor just waiting for someone to slip & fall on. Lobby was dirty & bathroom was nasty. In the end we ultimately threw close to 1/2 of the "food" in the trash. They did have handicap parking spots but the parking lot was not lit very well & it was a bit challenging to pull in and out. Today's visit was an epic failure and we most likely will not be going to this location again.
The food is good but the drinks machine was empty for regular coca cola so we had to go at the front to tell someone to fill up our drinks. It looks like someone wasn't doing their job .... I don't think I will stop at this location again....
My first time here and everything was great. Folks were friendly and food was delicious. Thank you, I will be back when I'm in the area again.Food: 5/5

I was charged incorrectly because I was given the wrong order. I asked for the chicken ring combo, a number 5. This is why I usually order in the app. I only ordered at the restaurant for the cheese stick coupon. I want a refund for the sliders I was given. I should have received 6 chicken rings instead.
Had to wait in a 20min drive through line for a take out order, since they decided to close the doors and not change the status on the app. Food good, 20min for what Was hot and ready is stupid
The dining area was closed so you had to use drive-thru must have waited 20 to 25 minutes. Do not know why we waited that long for White Castle the burgers were the usual terrible but we stop once a year just because.Food: 3/5
Good food, go the often when picking up load in town, would have give 5 if the employees were greeting with at least a smile
The sliders were great but I got the fish too and it was dry hard just not good but all else wasFood: 4/5
