Good good, fast servings and friendly welcome, the food was fresh made even if it took a few min extra it was worth it! Thank you staff
Food was good, arbys standard but what got to me was the kid working the deep fryer. That was literally his only job. We were the only customers. As soon as I walked in he was on his phone the whole time. We asked for regular fries and instead got curly. Not a big deal but annoying that this kid doesn't want to work there and can't get his one task down right.
Food is terrific and fresh. The sweetest group of guys working here. We'll be back. Passing through for work and shocked at how nice they were. We certainly do not get this treatment in Chicago. Thanks guysFood: 5/5
Terrible customer service. They screwed up the order via drive thru speaker, did not confirm it at the window. Then when I called back to inquire about corrective actions, was told there was nothing they could. I could come back and reorder what I wanted, and they would expedite it, but nothing else. I will not be returning to this location
Got the Reuben sandwich and they forgot to put the sauerkraut on it. Ordered 2 beef and cheese sandwiches. with 1 as a meal. We got total 1. The counter person was very niceFood: 3/5

I will not be going to this location again. I got the original roast beef sandwich And it barely had any meat on it. Only 3 thin slices. I usually go to arby's a few times a year and always have a great experience, except this time.
Stopped based on the new ads for the cheesesteak sandwich. The food was no where near as appetizing or full as the pictures showed. Not impressed. Felt bad for the staff as there were only 2 guys trying to keep up with a lunch rush. We waited patiently but got lost in the shuffle. Not reviewing on their staffing as I know it is difficult.
I am always in search of a really good fish sandwich takeout. Today was the first time I tried the crispy fish sandwich at Arby’s and I must say it was delicious! Just the right amount of thin crispy coating. I don’t know what type of fish they use but it was flaky, a good thickness, no fishy or oily taste. Bun was good quality, just the right amount of crispy shredded lettuce, and really good tartar sauce and the perfect amount. Please keep this exactly as it is on your menu! Another plus was they were on a special price today, 2 for $6.00 can’t beat that!
