Went to the shop today, open sign was off, looked closed but open online, walked in no acknowledgement that you even walked in. Kid with the blonde hair doesn't even care to work and the girl working with him is the same just not as bad. Messed up my order of the one one sandwichs and when i told him I was met with, " no bro you never said that, there isn't anything like that", and proceeds to further call you a liar and such. Funny a customer knows the menu better than the workers in my opinion, but that's the choice management decided to make, suggest you take your business to Jimmy John's, subway, etc.
This place is hit or miss. The food is good. The service is good when they want it to be. With the same people I've had good service and then also terrible service. I am sure will be back.Food: 4/5
Walked in all employees were in back didn’t even know I walked in the store. Waited for a few minutes before having to say HI so they new I was there and was greeted with attitude. Very poor service wouldnt rec. this location at all
Went in for 2 giant subs, it was not that busy at all. The worker on the grill long dark curly hair made the sandwiches as normal, but due to his careless attitude poorly wrapped my sandwich. Part of my sandwich fell into the bag as well as being exposed for any contaminants or weather. This worker truly always looks like the fact that he is working is literally killing him, so that's unappealing to start. Then there is the fact that attitude clearly affects how customers recieve their food. To this worker I simply say: Come on man, do better... its not hard, just try.
So i shared my experience i had with the jersey mikes location on bloomingdale in their review section. I expressed how i was being harassed by a cashier so i started coming to the carol stream location. Now you all sent the same girl there to be rude & disrespectful to me thanks alot guys the girl with the arm tattoos that reads 1971 is very rude disrespectful & she doesn’t value her job good job with running me away i wont return to neither locations because she made it clear that she works at both farewell to my favorite place
Staff and manger were very rude , went to have them fix my sub the girl who was at the front just rolled her eyes and said u want to deal with him to her manager. The manger than proceeded to try to talk down to me because they made a mistake. 1st time going to jersey mikes also the last time.
Horrible place. fountain drinks dont work. We got large drinks and the only thing they had was small cans and small bottles we got robbed basically ! We left because there was nothing to drink! Food good horrible service restaurant!
Would give this place a lower star rating if possible. Immature kids working especially the one I dealt with. Ordered a portobello mushroom with Swiss and Philly steak, aka number 66, kid said I never said the Philly steak part, claimed I was lying. Then switched his tone to there isn't anything like that on our menu which was another lie. If you see the blonde/brown curly hair child behind the counter beware, as he is not fit to work for any industry, especially the restaurant buisness.
Great service and employees! They make sure to get to know regulars and make other customers talk and have fun. The store is always clean and refreshing to walk into.
I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s with such bad customer service and attitude. Guy with curly, brown hair could not be more unfriendly or careless in making a sandwich. It’s a shame because I’ve always liked JM’s, but there are plenty of other options in the area.
