They are quick, even for having long lines. I had an excellent service and decent food. If you're craving for a burger this is probably the best branch that serves it. You can't go wrong with burgers, chicken sandwich, fries, or salads. Good job, keep up the good work! This brings back great childhood memories. Manager was very nice and service was good atmosphere was good, look like the employees are trained good and happy in their place. Price is standard and it is affordable. Some other restaurants could really learn a thing or two from these folks. I'm definitely returning to this location from now on!
The order taker, greeted me and Was very nice. The restaurant was full of guests but it was quiet and clean. Once a guest leave an employee comes out and clean and wipe down their table. I really like, the seriousness of cleanliness. The drink station was clean. My food was assembly neatly. Also my food was hot and good! No oily paper-wrap. The ladies restroom was clean also.
Ordered food Friday through the app. The woman at the window was extremely rude. Told her I was picking up an order, she said she couldn't find it. I let her know I have the receipt showing I paid for it. She tells me "I don't see it". No, pull up to the window and let me help you, no type of customer service. So I paid for food that I never received. I reached out to Wendy's customer service, letting them know what happened. I get an email from the District manager, Guadalupe, saying she's sorry for what happened, what can we do to make this right. Great. I responded literally a minute later. That was on Saturday. Have yet to hear from her again, even after following up with her on Monday. Horrible customer service from everyone involved.
Stop by here Sunday at 8:30 in the morning and I was a little bit disappointed that the dining room wasn't open but I went through the drive-thru. They had two breakfast sandwiches for a dollar each so I bought four of them and wow that was the most breakfast food I've ever gotten in my life for under five bucks the drive-through person was friendly and my only complaint was that the dining room wasn't open and they don't have free Wi-Fi at this location. I definitely really enjoyed the food and I was very full
I stop in often for breakfast. Love the honey butter chicken biscuits! This summer I am hooked on strawberry lemonade! Fast service, never have I been there when the drive through lane was backed up. Always very courteous staff. Parking: Plenty of parking in this lot. Also easy in at a stoplight in one direction and easy in on other side because traffic is driven by a stoplight a half block away Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking near a door. No curbs to curtail easy access to the door. It is a manual door though, no push button open. First floor access to entire building. Bathroom door also manual but easy in with no metal plate blocking smooth entry.

Busy spot for lunch. Great customer service. Speedy service with quality food. This location is updated. The restaurant is kept clean.
So disappointed there supposed to make your food fresh when ordered not going to this Wendy's again no wonder you guys never have customers at this location Glendale heights is loosing customers from wendys. What happened to cooked fresh when ordered. I got a credit from them I definitely called and yes sure it will be fresh next time honestly the best Wendys is the neighborhood is on Gary Ave in Bloomingdale never have I had a problem there
Went for Drive Thru for breakfast around 8AM on a Thursday. Ordered a breakfast baconator meal, the french toast sticks, and a biscuit with gravy. Waited 10-15 minutes at the door and didn't get the biscuit or syrup for the the french toast sticks. Would have rather waited an extra 5-10 to at least get what I ordered.
Order was on my app i picked up and i had to ask for straws and ketchup and lady was having a little attitude when i asked.Food: 2/5
