Steele a.k.a. Tim, Owner of Wharf Wraps was born into a fishing family here in Eastern Passage. He started out fishing with his brother and father, but his passion has always been country music. At the age eight he wrote a song about his dad running his boat aground and the rest is history. However, opportunities are sparse in Nova Scotia and money was tight so at the age of eighteen and the year 1998 Wharf Wraps was born. Tim and “Mama Bear” Sharon have worked hard to make Wharf Wraps into the restaurant it is today allowing Steele to pursue his county music career.
