Great place for a coffee and a quick meeting. Staff is friendly and keep the restaurant clean and tidy. But other than that, it just a convenient coffee shop.

I am lost for words. I came into the cow Bay Road location and ordered a large Double-Double and the staff was very friendly and fast with service. I waited for my beverage by the counter closest to the bathrooms where you can see clear into the kitchen and there is where I seen two of your staff members gawking eyes, and to my disbelief, kissing. That is extremely inappropriate for the workplace and I am repulsed by the fact that the management would let that happen under any circumstance.

Great servive love the the bagels and coffee. Love the staff super friendly.

Staff is great but I am so tired of getting cold coffee. I understand it closes at 11pm but I just got coffee at 10:15 and it's cold. I give up taking it back because I shouldn't have to every to..so I just won't bother going back. I will now go to the Irving and get a hot coffee.
