Story

Boondocks Restaurant is a Family Restaurant at Fisherman's Cove, situated in Eastern Passage, Dartmouth area.
We serve seafood, pub favourites and lots more. We have approx 216 seats inside and 160 outside on a huge deck, right next to the ocean - check out our photos.
Artfully decorated with Maritime treasures! We have beautiful seating areas, for romantic suppers or for family gatherings and business meetings up to 100.
We also have Souvenir's - t-shirts, ball caps and Jam made right here in Eastern Passage by Pat's Preserves
Open mon - fri 11am - 9pm; weekends 9am - 9pm brunch til 2pm

Lovely location by the water with plenty of outdoor seating. Staff were fairly unaccommodating with our group size, insisting that groups of six or more had to sit inside as the tables aren't large enough. On the whole service was good, they have activities for children such as the duck hunt. Food is of an okay standard and they have a good selection of beers. Fine for an informal evening out if you fancy a casual bite. Once you've eaten make sure you have a look have a look around Fisherman's cove, it's utterly charming!

You can tell when a restaurant doesn't have to try because of tourism. Service was definitely not the best. The food was good. Although the burger was missing the bacon and my daughter's meal was cold. And there view was very nice. But that being said. I wish I read the reviews first. I would have gone somewhere else. Who doesn't let a child use the bathroom?

Lovely patio dining in the warmer months, and cozy dining inside during the colder months. The food is good, and the service is great.
