Westy Self Storage

Always clean and the service is impeccable. The staff have helped me every step of the way threw ordering a space to even finding movers at a short notice. Clean spaces, carts are ample, and the hours are convenient. Over the past 20 years at several locations the managers and staff were always professional. Not a bad one in the bunch! The moving out process was simple and fast. I would recommend Westies self storage anytime anywhere to anyone.

WOW !!! You would think this place is a 5 star hotel.. It's so clean you can eat off the floors. Rooms of all sizes and super convenient. The staff was over the top with enthusiasm and professionalism. Especially Scott ! I can't thank him enough ..I'll be back !

Is it a hotel or a storage facility? This Westy Self Storage is like walking into a hotel lobby! Onto some of the staff....Scott is understanding of your needs, explains in detail the "rules" of storing your items in their facility, types of payments they take, hours you can get into the building, etc. You pick your own 6 digit pin that you must use to get into the building/onto the premises. They even have a 12ft truck you may use to drive within a 40 mile distance without charging you. That is a huge perk folks! Natalie is another front desk gal. She made sure when I borrowed the truck I had extra blankets and dollies in the truck. Lastly, when shopping around for a climate controlled storage facility the White Plains Westy's has the best pricing in the area.
