Arlene Hickey and her staff in Elmsford are simply the best!!!  We've had a storage unit at this location for over 3 years and the staff has been unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and so professional every single time that we have been in the facility.  Arlene is a veritable fount of knowledge about every aspect of the storage business.  The facility is always clean, organized and a pleasure to visit.  We are now relocating and will miss seeing them!

West Storage Facility is kept very clean and their staff are always very pleasant and helpful, especially Arlene. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

My experience has been terrific.  Arline remembered my name all along these few years I have been there.  She always was helpful and cheerful.  If I have to have a storage angle it is her!  

The place was always clean and well organized and I was able to come and go with my stuff simply and easily.  Highly recommend!.

Arlene and everyone have been great.  Its an excellent, clean, safe storage facility.  If you ever had a storage locker outdoors, you will appreciate this indoor facility.
